I usually love this place but the last two times their apple and kale side has had a strange smell to it and you can tell it’s not fresh, yuk! I tried it.. very disappointing. Overall the smoothie and Quesadilla has been good. They apologized and fixed this issue. However Just today 11/5/2025 I ordered a smoothie with my meal with extra added ingredients and Sunny said it’s the dasher fault and he couldn’t help me. When asked about a corporate number he said he has none maybe I can google. I had a bad experience a few weeks back. I ordered a smoothie before work because the app & website said they opened at 7, I waited and waited and ended up watching the employee get dropped off, unlock & open the door at 7:15. The app wasn’t letting me cancel my order because it said it was in progress… but the store wasn’t even open. I reached out to the headquarters because there was no one to speak to at this branch. I ended up receiving a letter in the mail with an apology and a $10 gift card a few weeks after this occurred. Hopefully this won’t happen again or to someone who needs to be at their job...
