This is my local taco bell and come here often despite my orders made wrong. I complained many times but it doesn't matter, it's like they don't care. I love eating here so I can't stop ordering but I just wish they could stuff right. Everytime I order, they mess up my order! I started ordering from the app thinking that might help but nope, they still manage to mess it up. And then when I go back to tell them what they did wrong, they still get it wrong. 🙈 like pay attention! Done talking to the manager. Today I ordered from my app and before I pull out if the parking lot I check my order, they gave me steak instead of black beans. Went back around to tell them what I ordered, gave the old one and got the corrected order but didn't add the jalapeño that I paid extra for. They have bunch of kids working who are busy chit chatting and not paying attention. I guess I'll continue to order food, check before I leave the parking lot and come around and tell them what they did...
Read moreHorrible service. It has been 2 times now they have treated me badly. Today i ordered 4 chalupas, 1 ques. And nacho fries. As they have removed the sauces from the counter, you have to order how many sauces you want with your order. I added 20 hot sauce packets, 4 packets per dish. Lady brings me 5 with the order. I tell her i have ordered 20 so she call’s her manager. Manager comes brining 2 more hot sauces and says u want more and put 2 in my bag…i said i ordered 20. He says we don’t do that anymore..i said i ordered in your kiosk..he shunts be badly saying no no we don’t give anymore and i will tell my manager. The way he behaved with me for hot sauces which i ordered as per their limit was horrible. I am never going back to this or any other taco bell, especially this place. You guys lost at-least $5400 business from me for next 10 years ($45 per order per month for 10 years). Hope your hot sauces are...
Read moreIt is true, they have a scant respect of vegetarian requests. Last night we ordered a chalupa in drive-thru, meat replaced with beans for $4.20 🤐. I even double checked with the person at the window that it has no meat in it, and she confidently said no. After my wife took a bite of it she realized it has meat in it. She was almost weeping for biting into meat, which she didn't even touch in 50 years We went back and showed it to the manager. He was casually offering some coupons as a way to make up for it. I promise, they lost our business forever. Not only mine, my kid's too. It is not the fault of an individual. It is Taco bell as an organization failed to train their employees on cultural and restrictive diets of various communities. While reading thru reviews I see it is so prevalent in TB. If they can't serve me carefully, I won't let them serve my future...
