I wish I could give zero stars. I attended this location this evening and ordered one simple shrimp tackle box. I arrived home fifteen minutes later to discover I was only given a box of fries. I called and explained the situation and was told I could come back for the correct food. I declined as it was already 8 pm and a fifteen minutes drive. I asked for my order to be sent via Ubereats and they refused. I asked for a manager and the individual on the phone, Jeter, claimed to be the person in charge. I was frustrated and asked for reimbursement. I was then told my card was "out of range" and could not be refunded. Jeter, the manager asked me to hold on for a moment and I heard him negatively talking about me to his co-workers in the background saying he had a deal with " some woman cursing me out for one mistake". At no point did I ever curse. I acknowledge my frustration due to the situation and the lack of accommodation, accountability and receptiveness. Receptiveness. I never cursed at this individual. When I acknowledge that I had heard his remarks about me, he was dismissive and unhelpful. I now have to return in person to pick up cash, have no dinner, and I'm irritated by the poor service and disrespect received by someone. They allegedly put in charge of their establishment. Read moreA rarely write reviews, but I was just at this East Windsor Popeyes chicken, which I've been to plenty of times before where there is lines inside and on the drive-thru and meals are served nice and quick as always. Today I show up at the same location and there is nobody online for drive-thru and nobody online behind me for drive-thru. I was able to pull right up and order one single chicken sandwich. I pull up to the window and the person who takes my money tells me it's going to be 4 minutes. Can I go park around front of the building and wait for someone to bring it out to me. I wait 10 minutes and then go back to the drive up window where not one other customer has come since and the guy says oh it's going to be another 5 minutes. What?? I reminded them that there are no other customers to serve. So why is it taking 15 minutes now to make my one single chicken sandwich. The one gentleman said screw it. Give it to him raw if that's how he wants it. Threw it in a bag and sent me on my way. I don't know what's going on over there today but the guys working can't handle one single chicken sandwich when there's one...

I tried to tell him both numbers over the prompter but he told me to pull forward. When I pulled forward he told me I would need to drive back around and wait back in line for the second order with the most power hungry attitude ever, like he’s the king of Popeyes. Maybe it’s because I haven’t slept in days, but his arrogant, PoS attitude was such a bad experience that I’ll never be going back here again. I’ll spend the extra few minutes to go to Chick-fil-A. To the manager: you shouldn’t be employed by Popeyes or really anywhere else in a manager role. You have such a garbage attitude. You manage a Popeyes, get over yourself.
