Dunkin' — Restaurant in Easton

I just wanted to post this because the girl working at the window this morning was so kind. She handed me my coffee that was dripping and was so helpful when I said “yeah normally I wouldn’t care but this is a rental car”. She was quick to get me napkins and then offered to throw them away for me. What a sweetie she is! She is very kind and deserves a raise!! She’s an African American woman, probably between 20-25 years old and is always smiling. ( : I just got into a car accident where it totaled my car and have been through the wringer with this (hence the rental). A little kindness went a long way, because that made my day.

I rated the “food” bad because actually this place is extremely inconsistent with how my drink turns out. It was great today, but coming here was a gamble for me. I’m glad I did. My drink is good but the customer service from Ms. Girl is much better. i appreciate...

EDITED TO ADD: they told us they would refund us our money, they never did. I will be calling today 5/12. It’s been over 2 weeks. No one even reached out to me to try and make it right.

Just drove through here on our way out of town from our First Anniversary in St. Michael’s and WOW. Careless team that will serve you food that is likely going to make you sick.

We ordered a large iced crunch caramel latte and 2 orders of Snackin Bacon.

We got the bacon and it was ICE COLD.

Went back inside and instantly felt the guilt from everyone working. When we spoke with the manager, who was not wearing a name tag, she said “the problem is that it had been sitting out”. WHICH WAS OBVIOUS WHY WOULD YOU SERVE THIS TO ANYONE?!

Then had the audacity to ask “would you like me to warm it up? Or would you still like a refund?”

I went to the drive through at 12:20 to get a latte that I get everyday and decided to get the chipotle wake-up wrap. I was greeted with “Can I help you”. So we weren’t off to a good start with service. I said yes, you can help me and proceeded to order. When I ordered I said with bacon and the lady on the mic said “it comes with bacon”. When on the menu it says with choice of meats. So there was an obvious attitude problem. Not sure who made her mad but when working In customer service you can’t take your problems out on the customers. When I pulled into my drive way and pulled out my wrap this is what I got. I went back and got a refund. Making the review so customers can check their food and stuff if the staff is being rude that day, your food/drink quality...
