The Marquis Apartments — Local services in Easton

From the time The Marquis was being built, I had wanted to move in; now living here it truly is a dream come true. The amenities are top of the line, great space, amazing property layout and set up for a living space. I highly recommend The Marquis to anyone that is looking for a place to live, what you get living here is a amazing amenities ( a pool with a grill to cook outside, backgammon, a space to enjoy time outside on the rooftop on the 3rd and 8th floor rooftop). A common space to play pool sit down around an indoor warmer/fire, and couch to watch movies on a large screen. A amazing gym with many great free weights and machines that are essential for a great work out. Living here has been awesome so far. The apartments are really nice and well priced for the area. The building provides everything that you could need. There is a covered parking garage that requires keyfob access to to get in, a spacious weight room with all new equipment, a courtyard area (with a pool, two grill, shuffle board/bocce ball courts), private work areas with reliable internet, and a huge roof area (with another grill, tons of tables, multiple fire pits, and great reviews of downtown Easton). Any minor maintenance requests I've had so far have been answered/resolved in less than 24 hours and all of the staff members at the front desks are very helpful and responsive. For the past two months, I have been happy to call The Marquis my home. It provides wonderful amenities, responsive management team, and lovely rooftop view. It is located at a prime spot downtown. The maintenance team is also very efficient. I requested safety mirrors for the parking garage and my request was honored. As a resident, it is nice to feel heard. I believe the staff goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment for tenants with events such as the free massage pop-up and pool gatherings.
