Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Roseville

Went to this Pizza Hut on July 7 kids wanted little ceasers I don't like little ceasers so me and the wife ordered pizza from here when I walked in I was greeted at the counter for 2-3 minutes so as I'm standing there to be serviced I noticed an employee (Kristen) is the name I believe she was in the back area where the make the food I could see her through the two pizza holding boxes she was eating a sandwich on the prep table as I'm standing there observing her eat this sandwich and lick the ranch off her fingers,wipe her mouth put fingers in her mouth she walked away touched the computer walked back continued to eat while never washing her hands so finally she's takes another bite licks her fingers again she walked to the fryer boxed someone's chicken order and again she never washed her hand so finally she was the on that came to wait on me I payed her and asked to speak to a manager so the managers came his name was mike and he tells me she never did that I didn't know what I was talking about remember people I cook for a living I know the kitchen like the back of my hand so he becomes irate with me I asked for my money back and told him I would contact corporate which I did that evening and they said someone would contact me in1-3 days it's been a week haven't heard back yet now remember she still hasn't washed her hands bye this time she never left out of my sight I was discusdid with all these germs and diseases around you can seriously get someone sick so my suggestion is to avoid this place...

Literally 2nd time being here. My fiance told me they had great pizzas. Walked in with my 4 year old daughter and heard employees laughing and playing around which is great cause there was no one in lobby. Gotta have fun when you can. Manager came up and greeted along with I'm assuming a trainee. Everyone there seemed to be new except the manager. Ordered crispy thin crust large for my fiancé, large pan for myself and kids and boneless wings with sauce on the side for mom...manager took order and told me that since my daughter was so good and super adorable, he gave me a discount and tossed in some mini cinnamon buns on the house.....I'm like ....well damn okay. 😁45$ for all. Waited about 20 mins. Cool. Went back in to grab the food, everything looked good but I should have checked the boneless wings. They sauced the wings and gave extra on side. Luckily, mom was okay with this bbq sauce. Whole point is only issue was sauce on wings when they were to be plain with sauce on side. I'll go back.

Update: So they have new people now and they're not like the seasoned workers who were there. Ordered 2 pizzas yesterday and not only did I get a whole new uncomfortable vibe from the place but the food was next to trash as well. Didn't completely sauce the pizza and no butter parm on the crust. Lady at window was nice but it wasn't the same. Going with my gut...not coming back...

I have ordered from this store many times and usually they are on top of it. However tonight was a bit of a mess! They called to say my order would be late because someone had dropped the pizzas, understandable, I get it, people make mistakes. However, when I got my order, I was missing the garlic knots, and had to wait another fifteen twenty minutes to get those. Last of all, the pizza they had to make in a quick huff to get to me, was very poorly made, missing sauce and cheese on half of most of the corner pieces, and very thrown together. I would have rather waited longer to get a well made pizza and everything I ordered than for them to hurry up and throw something together.

I switched from a nearby domino's to this pizza hut because domino's was getting everything wrong, and usually this store is on top of things - tonight was not one of those nights, and it was very frustrating. I hope to receive better service in the future. I will update my review when I order from them again, and we shall see! I always give second chances, and since this is the first time they've messed up like this, they deserve one.
