This place is terrible , I paid 48 dollars for a pizza to be disgusting. First time I called I said my pizza doesn’t look like it have all its toppings on it. So I try another slice it taste overcook an nothing but cheese. So my mom called up there asking for a refund, he says over the phone “ we don’t do refunds , but we can remake even though I’m the one who cook it “. So we go get pizza when we walk in, he already seem irritated. So I told him if refunds not allowed please advertise that , there are some pizza places that gives refunds he screams no. So my mom tells him pizza was terrible not even a 3 year old would eat. He started getting shaky like somebody was going to hurt him, then started talking loud with my mother n called the police on us . For a 49 dollar order that pizza was very disappointing, customer service rude , disrespectful.    Read moreI bought a large pizza from 10 mile Gratiot for my kids and paid them $12 for a pizza that looked like a 2yr old made. I am very disappointed with how they handle the situation I called immediately once I seen the pizza. The so called Mgr which is a lady or claim to be said I will be getting a free large pizza 🍕 with 2 topping. Just as I ordered. Called them back today and she said the so called mgr didn’t leave us a free pizza but left us $3.50 credit Wow ... the large pizza crust look like playdoh the bottom of the pizza was soggy and wet and the box was wet and oily the only reason we kept it was because the lady told us to keep it and she would comp us I will be contacting there owner or owners to make sure they understand how there company is being ran and how there employees are treating there customer ...    Read moreI normally don't do this. Every point of contact was bad with the place. Online ordering the site is not optimized, going through Slice for deliver, they tax extra and Slice uses an outdated menu that is provided by Passport.
The items I ordered are not on the menu anymore as I look at them on their website listed to order.
They do not have the replacement food to make the order or just that grinder.
I call and place the order and I am given 45 minutes to an hour. It is going on 2 hours for food now. I just want my money back. This was my first time ordering and it will be my last. Driver I spoke with is age biased as she said several times that the driver was old and he is going to be replaced soon. He is not good and is very slow.
I dont need to know that. What are you compensating for the multiple failure points of your establishment?
