Everything was good the vibe, the food, the drink, my server Mark was awesome (happy birthday mark btw) but everything was good till I got my bill. On the menu for the King Crab Fantasy it said it was $77.99 but when I got my bill it said $97.99 when I brought it to they attention the manager got sent to my table and im explaining to her the situation and she seems uninterested like she didn’t care im asking her if she can give a discount out or anything and she just keeps saying no. You’re a manager for one that’s false advertisement and two if a customer is unhappy or something is wrong especially if yall are in the wrong you should be able to give out some type of discount or anything. The manager attitude was terrible and she had terrible customer service.. ONCE AGAIN MARK WAS GREAT EVEN THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE PROCESS HE’S STILL MAKING SURE IM GOOD AND REASSURING ME. Yall need to find a new manager or even make Mark the manager. At the end she agreed to take off the service fee but even then it isn’t fair to mark that he couldn’t get a tip because of yall mistake and she acting like she can’t fix anything or give out an discount. We called ahead to ask if it was busy and they said there was no wait for a party of two. Upon arrival, we saw that there was a pretty large group of at least 15 or more, that was seated towards the back. Besides that group, there were just a couple of tables occupied, so it didn't seem too bad. We waited at the front to be seated for a while. At that time no one ever acknowledged us to say, "We will be right with you." We made eye contact with several people and no one greeted us. While we were standing there we(and another customer confirmed they saw it too) saw the waiter carrying a drink out to the large group, drop the drink umbrella on the floor, pick it up and put it back in the drink, and give it to the large group. We were completely shocked. That was done in front of other customers and he didn't hesitate. That was enough for us and we left, not before speaking to another customer who was outside smoking. We wanted to know if they had eaten here before and was typical of the service. She had eaten there twice before but this was not her best experience. Read moreLiterally one of the worst dinners I've ever had. Took my girlfriend there. She had the lobster boil. I had the king crab boil. Both were absolutely horrible. Seafood over cooked and pre cooked..yet the potatoes were cold on the inside. I asked for a draft beer and was told their "lines were down". After I ate my horrible dinner I walked to the restroom to wash my hands...and noticed the employees nor the owner cares at all about being clean. The bathroom doors were as greasy as 8 mile and full of stains. Obviously your customers here don't care as they are used to the filth. Dinner was $100 for the worst lobster I've ever tasted and 3 of the worst crab legs to ever be served. I wish I could rate this place a -10. No wonder there was only 1 other table being used my customers. This place will fail, unless they accept EBT. LITERALLY the worst dinning experience I've ever had. Horrible...
