This is the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I placed an online order, and got there to pick it up about fifteen minutes later. The person at the window couldn't find my order, and then told me that they gave my order to someone else already. I asked her to remake my order and she closed the window in my face without saying anything. After about five minutes, the manager came to the window and said it wasn't her problem (literally exactly what she said) and I had to contact corporate, and she wasn't giving me my order. She was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in customer service. I told her I wanted my order that I paid for and she closed the window in my face without saying anything and walked off again and disappeared out of view. She then popped back into view and took several pictures of me and my wife with her cell phone. At this point, I was getting weirded out as her behavior was so strange. Finally, she came to the window again after another ten minutes. I told her that I wanted my order and let her know I would be contacting corporate first thing in the morning. She then told me that she never told me that wouldn't remake my order (a lie) after I told her that I would be contacting corporate. She then closed the window again, took several more pictures of us, and then a worker brought a bag to the window with our order. The bag only had half of what we ordered so I showed the employee at the window. She again closed the window in my face while I waited there without saying anything, and after about five more minutes she brought the rest of my order to the window. The whole ordeal took about 40 minutes, and it was the least professional experience I've ever had. The line at this point was wrapped all the way around the restaurant. Ontop of all of that, the food was cold and improperly made, which is bizarre since they presumably had to remake my order. Stay far, far away...

Tonight I got a Spicy chicken and a Champ with cheese combo. I told her I wanted the combo small when I placed My order and in normal Checkers fashion I had to repeat myself three times because the cashier could only comprehend 1 item at a time. She tells me to pull around for my total and once I got to the window it was more than what I expected because they up charged me rather than give me what is listed on the board they charged me for a medium combo. I tell I didn’t ask for a medium she says to give her the food back and tries to give me $.50 in return to change it to a small. I tell her the math doesn’t add up and just to give me the medium combo because I was already frustrated.
I used to work at a checkers when I was 15 years old about 10 years ago so I understand how they operate. It all comes down to management because the cashier doesn’t make anything extra off of up selling so the manager tells them to Ring people up for larger combos and add cheese to burgers that don’t have cheese even when they don’t ask. It just sucks that the food taste so good because dealing with practically every checkers is always a hassle almost as bad as most...

Explained to them multiple times that I'm not DoorDash, I'm me and I ordered food for me. I parked because I didn't want to pull my truck through their tiny drive-thru again and tried to go inside. Their inside doors were locked so I couldn't get my food. I called 6 times and nobody would answer the phone to refund me. Finally I got the attention of the girl at the drive thru window and told her to cancel my food. They told me that they couldn't cancel and that I had to in the app. Once again I'm not DoorDash. There is no way to get refunded in the mobile app for Checkers. They kept my money and my food, wasted 20m of my time. I'll never go to this ghetto rundown location ever again. She just kept telling me that they do don't refunds for the app and that it's my problem. I bet they ate on my lunch that I didn't get for free though. I even made sure to give them their moldy...
