I don’t come in here often. Just when I’m visiting family in the area. This time My order was a bit late but an employee who I normally see running around wherever I come in got there and looked like she was coming back from lunch or just clocking in. Either way she immediately asked me what order I was waiting for and had it out for me within minutes of speaking to me. I asked her name and I think her name was Tiffany or Stephanie. It was kind of hard to hear with the mask but if she’s there just know you’ll be in and out and still have a great sub. I’ll definitely be back and hopefully I can another great sub from Tiffany/Stephanie. lol. I hope it was one of those names otherwise you probably don’t even know who I’m talking about.
I’m updating to drop my ratings down to 1 star. I would give zero if I could. I did mention one employee last time I came which made my experience better, but I haven’t seen her the last few times and no one seems to know what they’re doing. This store needs better training and coming from the food world myself I know that’s a management thing and not the employees fault. Management needs to get it together here. They’re clearly lazy. An update to your generic response and not addressing me by name. When you experience poor service.. and I don't seem to be the only one. You peel back the layers of the business you try to support. I started to scrutinize the environment. You have a greasy ceiling period! and you serve food. On top of that the service is terrible. How was I to interrupt a customer after me who was asked to order because your employees are in la la land and really don't want to service people?
