Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Eastvale

My fiance was waiting outside to get the pizza for 20 minutes. There were 2 names on the portal, and a lady went got her pizza thinking it was working. So you waited 20 minutes, because 20 people ordered, and got pizzas. He made his way to the counter, and ask about the portal the kid told him no it wasn't working. he asked for the name on the order, and he brought the order to my fiance. My fiance suggested to put a note, and he shrugged his shoulders. My fiance asked for a manager. So the Manager came up stated he just found out the portal wasn't working. He suggested to put a sign, so people wouldn't wait outside. "Manager" Michael he said I just found out. He asked for the name, and number. He replied I'm not giving out my number, and pushes out his chest it's Michael see. So my fiance asks if there was another Manager. He stated there are 2 others, so my fiance asks to talk to one of the others he states they're not here. We called ahead as I had just clocked out at 8 and told the person on the other line (Tatiana) we wanted a pizza with bacon, pineapple and stuffed crust, bbq and buffalo wings and cheese bread. Idk why Tatiana heard crazy bread when I had said cheese bread twice already but it seemed they heard me say cheese bread the second time so we hung up. I was still left with the uncertainty over the cheese bread but decided to just leave it. We arrive there and we even confirmed our food order out loud to the cashier. And they confirmed that it was cheese bread a pizza with bacon and pineapple and the two orders of wings. We get the pizza and wings but they wanted to give us crazy bread. We said this isn’t ours and Tatiana said but over the phone you said it was crazy bread. And I said yea but then I kept telling u that I wanted cheese bread not crazy bread. We even confirmed it before we paid because I wanted to ensure it was correct. We waited 5-8 more minutes for the cheese bread. We get home and our pizza is wrong. Instead of bacon they added a ton of pepperoni. Recommend management reviewing proper PPE and Hand Hygiene procedures with all employees ASAP. A visit from the health department might be needed as well. I ordered cheese bread this evening and a young lady (glasses/tattoos)with no hat/hairnet, gloves, touching her phone none stop, not washing her hands and originally making my cheese bread right after putting her phone back in her pocket makes me not want to return to this location. When her associate took her into the walk-in to mention I pointed this out to her when they both walked out of the walk-in, the young lady that kept touching her phone proceeded to laugh. Luckily Rosie at the register was able to assist with making my cheese bread after washing her hands. She didn’t wash her hands for 20 seconds (Health department requirement) BUT she took initiative when I requested to have another cheese bread made due to me recently being ill from food poisoning.
