Second Opinion: I unwisely made a second visit to this establishment in the early morning hours last weekend. There was a line at the drive thru at 3 am. "That's odd" i thought. When my friend pulled up to the ordering station, he was ignored. There was no response from the order taker for over a minute. We thought they might have closed. My friend is persistent so he continued to wait in line, insisting that he would just order at the window anyway. When we arrived at the window after a 15 minute wait, (not exagerating) the order taker girl, who seemed much more concerned with chatting with her co worker guy than helping us, gave us the obligatory attitude-filled rendition of "why didnt you order at the window???" Because you ignored me, he said. This answer was satisfactory to her so he ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins. After another 15 minute wait, the sandwiches were ready. She said the total was 4.30. So my friend handed over his debit card. To which she replied "we're cash only right now." Now, I have worked in fast food restauraunts and am fully aware that when the employee has requested that you pay cash and provided you with change and no receipt, your money is most likely going straight into their pocket while they ring up the charge for an extra sauce. In light of this, and more to watch them panic than anything else, I urged my friend to request a receipt. Humorously, after disappearing from the window for at least 5 minutes (learn addition and subtraction or use a calculator guys, seriously...) our order taker came back and provided us a hand scribbled (in pencil!) "receipt" on a piece of printer paper listing a total of $4.30 saying that their "system was down momentarily" - HA HA! Cash register POS worldwide systems don't go down momentarily in the middle of the night - the employees were providing awful service while pocketing all the money. And honestly, I would have no problem with this if the service we recieved had been good. But it wasn't! It was among the worst service experiences I have ever had at a fast food establishment. And I think that should say something. Avoid this McDonalds like the plague. To the employees: I dont care if you take my money, just make me good food quickly!

The double lane drive thru was clogged today and not even very busy. The attendant's lack of attention to my order was kind of frustrating. I was not offered ketchup with multiple orders of fries. When I asked for ketchup, the server at the second window took about two whole minutes to retrieve it. Shouldn't that be stocked at 2 pm? It was not anywhere close to the window. I wonder if anyone received ketchup today at the drive thru before that? To top it off, the second window server forgot our drinks. When I went inside, the server girl at the counter said "oh, you can just ... fill them yourself." The soda machine had not been cleaned recently and the drinks did not taste right. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Does anyone know what they're doing over there? Hopefully it was just an...

I'm a McDonald's person I even worked for McDonald's last year by Disneyland​ 2nd closest anyways I went today Tuesday may.16 ,2017 and I got out of work at 5am so I went home then when it was time to take my brother to school I went after he was dropped off around 6-7am and I ordered a breakfast deluxe , the order that comes with two egg McMuffins and a hash brown the drink was a large orange juice , and a order for a biscuit McMuffin with a hash brown and a large caramel frap, on the side I ordered another large caramel frap and a small mango pineapple smoothie .......there's this worker who got there ten minutes late today I overheard the shift manager telling her and the girl was giving us attitude her name was Christy or Christine she was at the drive through she gave us attitude because we told her we ordered two large caramel fraps and she rolls her eyes and says you didn't specify like what the hell I told you all of that and to top it off she gave me a mcgriddle when I ordered a biscuit McMuffin meal like okay you guys need to check your staff and tell them to put their life outside of work and their issues aside from Thier job I mean that's what they get paid for ! I would so call and tell the shift manager but my phone isn't working right now to make calls only and I can't go because I had to go rest for work at 6pm so you can see why I'm so mad and upset and oh she charged me for a large mango pineapple smoothie instead of a small like ???? And she didn't give me my orange juice until I reversed and told her my orange juice? And she did not give me my receipt which worries me because I paid with my card anyways I don't think you should have someone like that at the drive though put her as a runner or something else because she is rude or have a good...

Garbage food and food for a long time to see how much u love the new year or two of those things you have the rest with the rest with me I can't find you in my black eyes but you can give them the best of all time but I just wanted say that you will get ready to be alone from the beginning and end up in the most respectful way to pick up Steven and Jenny to get that tattoo out there for the first of its kind and true love for me to go far 66666and to be there and I want you so much better than it was a few years before you got to know him but you here are the ones that have to go far beyond the point that they are going for a reason for their actions to make up for it and not be a part in that they have to go to work and play with their team in a new album of a few days and they are still going for it to the movies at least once they are going 666and to play a game that will happen to be alone from now in a different way but it will be my Valentine's night at my place and the best movies ever and I can do a lot better than a day and I want you so bad that you can give them a break but they don't want you so much and you don't have faith or anything else you can do it again and again you will not get you a lot better for us and you can operate on a different way but you here lol you can operate the same thing as the other galaxy Tab but it's still not the only thing I have plans for now and it was before it was before the game that I had it on the 6th version but it will help me with a few years of work with...
