McDonald's — Restaurant in Eddyville

I AM LIVID!!! My family went to this location simply for a cup of HOT CHOCOLATE! After being ignored at the first window and forced to pull up to the second in an attempt to pay, the employee insulted both my mother and father’s intelligence. They made PERSONAL INSULTS because MY family was ignored by the girl at the cash registered, and no, it was NOT busy. The employees were goofing off, and then got mad at us for not banging on their window or coming inside (which defeats the purpose of going through the drive through... FOR HOT CHOCOLATE!

This ruined everyone’s night, as we had no idea we would be insulted at McDonalds for simply trying to figure out where we needed to be. There were at least 3 employees who treated us rudely, and after almost 24 hours we are still in shock. My mother finally worked up the courage to call them and report on the individuals, something we’ve never even considered for any other dining experience in the past, and they had the GAUL to insult her over the phone, tell her that there were “more important things going on than a cup of hot chocolate.”

This was not about the hot chocolate, it was a MATTER OF PRINCIPLE. We weren’t complaining because you were slow, that is to be expected of a restaurant like McDonalds... we were complaining because they had the audacity to make snide remarks and disgusted faces at us, paying customers who just wanted to get in and out.

After the manager snapped at my mother, who is still fuming after being insulted... TWICE, my mom asked what the manager’s name was and she HUNG UP! That’s when I decided to step in, as I will not tolerate multiple offenses from the staff of this location. It should be no surprise that we will NEVER revisited this specific McDonalds, and we are currently arranging multiple calls to corporate. This ugly manager and disrespectful establishment WILL be hearing from someone, and we excitedly anticipate the day when they are no longer employed here or anywhere. There are so many other people in this world that deserve jobs more than these individuals do. I could go on for many more paragraphs, but I will not allow myself to dwell on this event any longer. I now leave it in the hands of McDonalds Corporate/HR and trust that justice will be served.. unlike our FREAKING...

Haven't had McDonalds in a long time i quit eating at the Princeton McDonald's because the food was always so bad, bread so stale and hard but I was in Eddyville and thought I would get a quick bite. Double cheese burger, large fry, large diet coke. 12:30 pm several cars in front of me. Total $9.71 Bottom bun hard as a rock. Burger was blackish and burnt up but yet the cheese wasn't even melted because it wasn't even warm! I see there isn't much difference In the 2 McDonald's owned by the same people. Save your money! You can email them and they give you free food I've done that before, but that doesn't help you today when your ready to eat. They need some food quality control before it goes out the window! I noticed the bun was hard as arock when I started taking the paper off no way an employee wrapping it up did not notice. Go across the rd to the convince store food is 10...

Worse McDonald's I've ever been to! The staff didn't want to wait on any customers.. One lady had to yell at the employee to do it.. And she got snotty and then proceeded to throw my food around while making it.. She rolled her eyes numerous times someone new came to the counter.. And always stated "What do you want" soo rude! The other guy employee was ordering his own food on their kiosks..came to the counter and finally waited on an older gentleman... He never paid for his own food...thought that was odd... The manager was ignoring my aunt when she would ask a question about her food.. Then told the rude cashier to deal with us.. My aunt ordered 2 pies.. We waited for about 20 mins total.. The manager finally told my aunt they will get done when they get done. Very dirty restaurant.. Would drive to find another MCD...
