I had come from out of town and ordered a pizza for my son. As my son and i were placing our order the cashier kept apologizing. Two staff were yelling at each other. It got to the point the cashier had to walk away as an older staff member came at the other employee with a pan. The fight continued and I asked if I should call 911. Other employees told me "no don't worry this happens all the time. " At this point I had already paid. I went down to subway to get another family member something. The fight continued and the the staff member threw the other staff member out. As I returned to get my pizza the guy gave me two medium pizzas which I ordered a large. He said well one that ordered never showed up so I thought this would work he said "it is basically the same thing." A large is bigger than 2 medium pizzas. I asked for the corporate number and they told me the one employee was fired. From my observation both should of been disciplined. They said we already called our general manager. They told me to email the corporate office but did not know the email nor the number. It was very scary and I hated my son was exposed to the explicit language...

Tried to order by phone, I believe the who answer was Damian . He was very rude and arrogant. Talked fast. Asked me what the address was, I said I'm at the Marriott Leona road not to far from your location. He said there are a lot of hotels next to my location, I need an address. So I said will call you back. I called him back and gave him the address, room number and order. After more arrogant questions about my order I then asked him if he wanted My phone number because I wanted the delivery guy to call me so I could come down and let him in the building. Then he said if he can't get in the building I guess we'll try to call you. And I said oh. He gave me the price, I gave him my credit card number and then he said it would be 45min to an hour. We ended our conversation with that. In less than 20 seconds I called back and told him to cancel the order. He said why, I said because you are rude and arrogant and I don't deal with that kind of treatment. Then he came unglued and demanded verbally vilent as to what he said why I thought he was rude and arrogant.. Well you all...
