It took her legit 5 minutes to understand what I was saying for her to declare they didnât have the drink I wanted. This place is overpriced as the small bubble tea was the same price as a medium in NYC. Instead of getting the powder, my sister and I opted for lemonade and jasmine bubble tea. The lemonade was very sour and when I added sugar it tasted like maple syrup. The jasmine tasted like water with white flavoring for it to look like milk. I check and they have it. I order my coffee then ask politely if they would allow me to use it to order a car, my phone had zero bars no service. She said no. I offered for her to type in the passcode and I would leave the network and âforgetâ it from my phone immediately. Still no. Zero empathy.
