This is a superior hotel. Newsq (my apologies if I misspelled her name). She wrote it on a card for me in my pictures attached. She was so warm, so pleasant, so genuine, and extremely hospitable. We stayed in Room # 11 for the Memorial Weekend 2024. The hotel is located in the heart of Edgartown. The shops and restaurants are just feet away. However, you may just want to stay inside or even outside. From the patio’s rocking chairs, to the living room’s cozy couch, the intimate cafe style dining area or the firepit outside; you’ll have plenty of options for relaxing and taking in the fresh air of Edgartown. I must make a note that the cleanliness is impeccable. I’m all about dusting and sweeping in the corners of my own home and there was no detail missed. And did I mention the warm, homemade cookies served at 4PM. Oh My God. Check out my pictures of this super chic hotel and reserve your stay for the summer!

What a fabulous place to stay. The rooms are modern, staff is so welcoming and helpful, ambience is lovely, and the breakfasts are quite nice. There is a beautiful sitting room in the front, plenty of seating and a firepit in the courtyard, lovely porch, and great views. The Inn is ideally located right across from the water and within short walking distance of everything Edgartown has to offer. We loved staying here during our Martha’s Vineyard visit!

I was staying in the Hotel for 5 days and it was the Best Hotel ever. The front Desk Neusa was so nice and very professional in dealing with the customers and she takes care of every concern i needed from the direction and to every places in town. Together with the other staff Jessica, Nicole and Alex are also great. They are all friendly and approachable to all the customer’s concern. The hotel location is perfect for every one who is new in the Island. Its very close to everything you need, especially the restaurants and all shops. The rooms are excellent. Of all the hotels i’ve ever been its the best Mattress and pillows ever-very soft and comfy, i don’t want to get up in bed lol..the shower is very nice snd their towels very clean and soft. Everything is very neat and clean for their staff cleans your room every time you want to. I highly recommend this Hotel to everyone who wants to visit the Island. And trust me you will never regret. Omg the breakfast is so great fresh juice and fruits etc that they are serving every morning. With coffee and tea and water, you name it its there. The Wifi is excellent . I never regret staying in the hotel and was so happy...

This is not a typical review detailing the room, location, etc although I know that The Edgartown Inn is amazing for all these qualities. This is about the humanity, genuine caring, and empathy behind the experience. My husband and I were scheduled to stay there in five days to attend a dear friend's wedding. Despite my husband's ongoing battle with cancer, we were sure we could go. However, he was admitted to the hospital two days ago with severe symptoms from chemo and immunotherapy and the doctors said it would be impossible for us to travel. I had booked the Inn through Bookings.com who told me that I was past the free cancellation period and would have to pay. I called the Inn directly and spoke with Allison who had helped me several months ago with a stay extension. Allison was so amazing and went well above and beyond, reaching out herself to the company on a hectic Memorial Day weekend, to help make my life easier and she managed to get the room cancelled on my behalf. A wonderful hotel experience is more than about a room, it can be about a person. Because of Alison, I will always recommend the Edgartown Inn for a stay on this most...

We had booked here as been wanted to visit the area for years and linked it in with a trip to Boston.|Nice drive to catch the ferry and a smooth crossing. Easy drive to the hotel and we arrived early which wasn’t a problem given the time of year but would guess it would have been in high season.|Checked in and shown to our room and treated to warm chocolate cookies what a start.|Asked for recommendations for places to eat and visit, shown on a detailed map where to eat and even places to visit further afield which we did as beautiful scenery around the island.|Rooms are very clean and superbly decorated and presented, it made a change to have a proper shower rather than where we had stayed previous along with some lovely bath products.|Simple breakfast but sufficient and some nice touches with different options to eat and teas to drink.|Overall a great place to stay and would recommend.||One gripe was the cost of parking given the price being paid for the room, and having just seen on trip advisor it’s being promoted as FREE PARKING which is not the case it’s $50 a night...
