Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Edina

I frequently order from this Jimmy John's and while it's never fast and I typically wait for my pickup order for a few minutes after it's scheduled to be ready, today was especially bad. I ordered around 10:00 AM for an 11:30 pickup, looked on the app at 11:30 to see the sandwich wasn't ready. Looked again at 11:45 to see it still wasn't ready, but assumed it would be by the time I got to the store. I got to the store about 11:55 and the sandwich still wasn't ready. There was a line so I figured I would wait until the line was gone to ask where my sandwich was. When I asked about my sandwich, they couldn't find the order. Finally someone found my order sitting on a back counter about 45 minutes after the sandwich was supposed to be ready. I had a really disappointing experience at this Jimmy John's location. After purchasing a $9 sandwich that wasn’t up to par—literally just two pieces of bread and a small slab of turkey—I politely expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff. Instead of addressing the issue or offering to make things right, the manager told me I should never come back. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer care. For a place that prides itself on quality and service, this was a complete letdown. I won’t be returning, and I would recommend finding a different sandwich shop where customer concerns are...

Food was fine, service was discombobulated. Orders were being made out of order which was very confusing for people during the lunch rush. To add to the confusion, sometimes they called out the order and sometimes not. This meant everyone was fondling half the orders trying to figure out if it was theirs. Because of the confusion behind the counter, tables were not being cleaned so customers were clean their own. No one was too upset about that (and I wasn't either).
