I would absolutely not recommend this place for events, our experience was as if this place was not used to running any type of event. First, I called in early April to set lanes aside for bocce ball. On this call, I clarified and asked if bocce ball for 19 people would cost money as the bowling was a per hour charge on their website. I was told no and they took my information and said I would receive an email confirmation closer to the event, but that it had been booked for our event. The night before our event, I called to see if we could potentially add a guest to the event and nobody could find any information regarding the reservation from a month prior. Despite this, they had my nickname in their computer system which I had not given on this call, meaning that someone likely took my information but did not actually book anything. The employees were apologetic and assisted in problem solving the issue to accommodate us and offered bowling at the same time or a later bocce ball slot, however, I was quoted $240 per hour now, despite being told initially that there was no fee. Because of the last minute timing, we decided to continue with a bowling reservation. The next day, we came in for our slot and were told that it would be $380 per hour for our group. When I explained that I had been quoted $240 the night before, I was told that I was quoted happy hour prices (as if I would have known that, or as if that was my problem that their staff misquoted me a second time). Despite this, the employee was nice enough to charge us for 2/4 lanes per hour which we were okay with after all of the mix ups. Then, during the event, we had 17 adults, and the wait staff did not ask how we initially wanted the bill split up. The bill came on 1 tab and nothing was tracked, ultimately we had to use 1 card and split it up among ourselves. One guest brought a $20 coupon to cover their meal, which we included with the credit card and were told they could use it. However, after checking my bank statement, I was charged the original price and was not told that they couldn’t use the coupon in the end, nor did they return this coupon. Overall, this experience was terrible, we were given 3 different answers on pricing at every turn AND the billing for the event was poorly handled. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to host an event and will never be going back. We drove 4 hours from out of state to host our event here in hopes to celebrate with friends over our engagement, and it was nothing but stressful and ruined our time with loved ones due to having to coordinate bills and surprise charges.

Update: Ben was great to work with on this issue and took the matter very seriously and made us feel heard about what happened. He genuinely wanted to know what happened in order to prevent issues moving forward and use it as a training opportunity. Thank you again for working...

What a wonderful experience. I had my daughters graduation party here. The food was delicious! The staff superb! When we arrived to the counter to check in for our event, before we could even clearly let them know who we were, we were warmly greeted by Wes. He had great smile, and was very friendly ! He took us upstairs to our event room. Explained some things and let us know we were in great hands. He introduced us to Brian, the one who would be over seeing our event”our point man”. He was amazing, breaking down everything, letting us know that he was there for us, will take good care of us and would make sure everything run smoothly he was so kind and friendly. He did an amazing job of making sure everything ran above my expectation. And then there was Bri I am not sure if I’m spelling her name right she was our bartender and what a great person! And last, but certainly not least was Leah. She was my initial contact person to set up the event. There was always excellent communication. Her timeliness and responses were impeccable. I always clearly understood everything. I did not get to meet her everything was via email. Everything was taken care of with such care from the point of service to the end of service. I can’t speak highly enough about Pinstripes! You will not be disappointed with their service or the team and I recommend having an event there the prices were reasonable and I was very well satisfied with my entire experience! I can’t wait to go back. The atmosphere and vibes were wonderful. What a perfect day! Thank you!

Honestly, I don't like writing bad reviews, I want every business to be successful, but I also want people to know what to expect when going to a nicer restaurant.

We went here for my wife's birthday and really regretted it. I've bowled a lot and at a lot of different places, but I would have to say this was the worst bowling experience I've ever had. Lanes were super dry and uneven. Bowling balls were so chipped and not clean either. We could tell the lanes were uneven, we used the bowling ball ramp for the kids and not one time did the ball roll straight. Also, balls kept getting stuck, and the time it took to reset the pins was very long. When we called for maintenance/assistance, it took a long time for anyone to come fix the issue. They didn't even give us time back for waiting and not being able to bowl.

Now for the food. The experience wasn't much better. Our server was great, friendly, and very polite. I asked if the bar could make a drink not on the menu, she said yes. I ordered a Manhattan. Got my drink, could barely taste the whiskey, felt very watered down and not enough bitters either. I ordered a medium rare steak. I got a medium well, and it tasted like it was barely seasoned. I didn't see any black pepper on it and I could barely taste the salt. Luckily my wife ordered more food than she could it, so I finished her meal. She was happy enough with her meal, but we've had better for the same price and cheaper.

The only thing that saved the night for us was the beautiful weather and the nice stroll around the...

A Perfect Day at Pinstripes: Great Food, Fun, and Views I’ve been to Pinstripes many times, and every visit leaves me wanting to come back for more. My most recent trip was no exception — it was fantastic from start to finish. Even though the day was warm, I chose to sit outside so I could soak in the breeze coming off Centennial Lake. The peaceful view made the experience even better. One of the things I love about Pinstripes is how it blends playful activities like bowling and bocce with a true commitment to high-quality food. You don’t have to compromise between fun and a great meal — you get both here. The staff really made the visit special. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout. A few even stopped by just to chat, which added a warm, personal touch to the evening. And let’s talk about happy hour — their deals are hard to beat! The wine pours were generous (definitely a highlight), and the small plates were delicious. The Brussels sprouts were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. The sliders weren’t your typical ground beef patties — these were hearty, solid pieces of steak. And the chicken avocado flatbread? Light, fresh, and delightful. Whether you’re there for the games, the food, or just to unwind with friends, Pinstripes delivers a fun and entertaining experience that still feels like fine dining. I absolutely love it and can’t wait for my next visit

Went on a Saturday for brunch witha group of five. We had bottomless mimosas a pitcher of champagne with oj and the other with champagne and cranberry. The brunch bar had prime rib with au jus there was also ham. There is an omelet bar with plentiful ingredients available to choose from... caprese salads shrimps thinky shaved raw smoked salmon which was yum eggs biscuits and gravy fruits bacon sausages mini belgian waffles oh the grilled chicken was hella good spinach salad pasta AND a huge yum is the chocolate fondue fountain you can dip strawberries jumbo marshmellows i had the twizzlers which was surprisingly good and omg the soft chewy brownies and the chocolate chip cookies and speaking of chocolate chip i think there was a chocolate chip brioche bread of some sort... took pictures with santa and called it a day. Food was great the atmosphere is nice and service is good. It was rainy that day and parking was challenging in the lot but do believe there is a ramp too??? Not sure but I think so. Had a great time two members of our group already went back again and the rest of us definitely are planning to go back. So yes five stars two thumbs up I encourage you go youll enjoy this place for brunch I vouch for that!
