Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Edinburg

Had horrible experiences at this location on multiple times first time they try to give me a drink that they had given to the person before me, even though that person had it for a while before he gave it back second of all we went through the drive-through they forgot our french fries in about 30 minutes of arguing with the girl who claim that she was a manager, and she was only one that can give out discounts She finally let me speak to the real manager, who told me that she would make a one time exception and have one of her workers deliver it to us, and she would also add some coupons for a trouble. The worker came just brought the coupons we asked yesterday she said she was gonna bring her fries. She had to go back to the store and come back because they forgot the fries. She came back and they also gave us. A meal to make up for having to come back twice for free third time I go through the drive-through and they are just having their own conversations and I asked for strawberry shake with no whipped cream they give me whipped cream and they just give me ice cream with whipped cream,...

Do not go to this chick fil an unless you want to get charged for something you did not asked for. My sister asked for a wrap and obviously she asked for ranch which is the pouch that comes with it. When she got to the window to charge her she realized they were charging her more than what she usually pays for this meal. The cashier said they were charging her a bottle of ranch. My sister said she didn’t want a bottle of ranch she said she just verified that she wanted the ranch with the wrap. The manager by the name Adela said she wasn’t able to refund the money back because of store policies. She said she could give her something else but not give her the money back. Mind you the bottle of ranch is $3. And she said that supposedly the order was repeated back to her which was not and that my sister supposedly agreed to the order. Super disappointed. We had already eaten most of our food when we noticed the sandwich bag was full of hair — even a long silver/black strand. Totally ruined the meal.

When I called, the manager’s response didn’t feel sincere at all. Just asked for a receipt and offered a free meal, which made it seem like they didn’t really care.
