We have been doing business with Chick Fil a for years... We have always paid with a charge slip... I usually sign for my school and turn in the receipt to my campus first thing on the following day.... today was nothing like that!! I called at 7am and placed my order for 14 meals, immediately the lady on the phone was rude with the responses she was giving me when I asked questions about options and pricing... so the lady (The Catering Manager) took my order as rudely as possible and when I asked her if I could have Med cups instead of the can she insisted on giving me.. she said ā well I am going to give them to you half empty thenā I was in shock so I said okay fine if thatās what the meal comes with! I just didnāt want come, I wanted lemonade instead for the kiddos. So I asked her if I could have juices she said no that the combo didnāt come with juices... when I finally show up to pick up the order... the order was 1 hr late and she didnāt allow me to take my food unless I paid with a check, P.O. or cash... I explained that I was going to charge it to the school. She was not interested in listening to me or helping me out at all. I did everything in my power to get the PO number from my campus but was unsuccessful. I explained to her that I have been doing this for years And I didnāt know that rules had changed if that was the case. She refused to give me the food and I had to pay out of pocket and left with...

I speak from experience in customer service I. The food industry for 5 years. I made myself very clear and asked that I do not receive a top, straw, nor a bag with my order because Iām trying to reduce the amount of plastic thatās being sent to oceans and landfills. I get to the window and I receive all the things I didnāt ask for plus the wrong drink. I got a lemonade when I asked for an iced tea. I still was handed the bag with all the things and they couldnāt receive it back because of sanitary reasons. There I am taking out all of the plastic forks Iāve been given by other restaurants that donāt know how to listen. Thatās why our world is so toxic and all of our foods contain micro plastics and animals are dying by consuming...

The radiator hose had busted. The young ladies outside immediately went to call someone inside to come help us. Then here comes the manager Sam to the rescue. He began to help my son push my vehicle out of the way. An employee came out to help him also. What Iāve read before about Chik-filA employees helping people who need a helping hand in others states, is so true here also at Chik-filA in Edinburg on 107. Thank you to manager Sam and his employee for being our angels on Tuesday. Without them weād make other customers late to there jobs. Oh, and we did go back to get our Chik-FilA lunch.
