Very rude drive thru lady. I ordered my food and also picked up an online order. The register didn't print out a receipt for the mocha frappe I ordered online but I wasn't worried because I usually don't have to present a receipt. I go to the next window and i ask for the frappe and the two ladies ask "What frappe?" I said "The mocha frappe I ordered online" they asked for a receipt and I told them the machine didn't print one out but the guy (at the register) said it was ok. They answered "What guy?!" At this point im getting frustrated and tell them "The guy back there at the register, he's literally five feet away from you!" " ASK HIM" They close the window and about a minute or two passes bye and the lady opens the window and looks at the drinks RIGHT in front of her on the drive through window counter, and hands me the my mocha frappe that was sitting there the whole time! I asked her "Was that drink sitting there this whole time?!" Like, this whole conversation could have been avoided if she just paid attention. She gave me this cold look and just shut the window and turned her back on me. Guessing that was the end of it, I went home and found out that the oreos they added were all at the bottom and the nuggets and fries i ordered were really old. I guess thats on me for not checking for fresheness after I asked 3 times for them to please...
Read moreWe experienced the worst possible service ever along with the manager Laura and employee Javier their attitude and professionalism was the worst representation of the McDonald chain possible. We placed a online order QC 66 and we had to be honking and knocking on the window due to the fact that they were ignoring us because of the truck of food that they were unloading. Once Javier came to the window with his untucked and with attitude we gave him our order number and he stated that it had cancelled I told him that it was not showing cancelled on key end and he than he kept calling us bro and said if you want your order it will be 15 minutes we told ok and he kept making excuses so we could say we would leave but we told him we would wait. He got upset and told us to move to the first window at that time Laura came and told me I needed to provide her with my email receipt to prove I placed my order when I showed it to her she than still told us again it would be 15 minutes and walked away. We waited 36 minutes total for our order. They wasted more time trying to get us to leave than them working on our order. I visit McDonald's a lot and this by far was the worst experience I have had. My daughter gets off to pick up medium fries but my daughter takes a long while a good almost 10 mins..I get down the car to check up on her and she's there standing alone...no customers..no line..cashier just standing by register..I see alot of fries ready in kitchen..my daughter said she has to wait...wait??? What for what? I went up to the cashier cause no one bothered to ask me if I needed any help like I said no one waiting in line..not busy at all...I told the cashier we are here just to pick up medium size fries what's the hold up?? She goes to some lady in the kitchen..lady looks at me...grabs the fries puts them in paper bag and drops them on counter...doesn't say a word...she walks away...what the heck just happened..? It wasn't my mistake ..what's up with the attitude...and having my daughter seriously wait for NOTHING!! Not Busy! Honestly those workers need to work on their customer service...they need to approach and ask if they need help and serve good service which they do not do. Very rude...
