I visited the Subway location in Trenton today around 5:00 p.m. and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employee on duty, named Marina, did not greet me when I walked in and appeared visibly unhappy and unwelcoming from the start.
As I placed my order, she seemed irritated and handled my food carelessly, tossing the vegetables onto my sandwich while sighing and making frustrated noises. Concerned, I asked if she was okay, and she simply replied, âNot really.â When I reminded her that I am a paying customer and there was no need to be rude, she told me that if I didnât like her attitude, I could leave that she also stated sheâs usually tosses the food around that itâs not being rude. I asked her to repeat herself, and she said the same thing again â so I did leave.
I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior at any Subway before. I will not be returning to this location and I sincerely hope that the management addresses this issue so that other customers do not have to go through the...
