When Balista Indian Bistro first opened, I honestly thought it was a coffee shop based on the name — but walking in was a surprise! It actually feels more like a fast-casual Indian spot with some interesting street food vibes and a mix of Indian and Momo options.
The Jamoon shot was hands-down my favorite — super refreshing, unique, and something I’ve never seen served this way in the U.S. Definitely worth trying if you’re visiting. Food overall was tasty, though I did find the pricing a little on the higher side, especially with so many nearby places offering more budget-friendly meals.
That said, the peri peri fries were a hit with the kids, and the service was friendly and fast. There's plenty of indoor seating, and the ambiance is modern and clean — a nice space to sit down and enjoy a meal. Parking was also easy, which is a bonus in this area.

They have Jain and Swaminarayan food option.
The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience nicer. One suggestion for improvement: I went with my baby and needed to change a diaper, but the restroom didn’t have a baby changing station. The restroom itself was spacious, so adding this facility would be a big plus for parents.
Overall, a nice bistro with good vibes and decent food, but a few improvements could make it...
