UPDATED AGAIN: Spoke to Abdul (the manager) and his supervisor and they hung up on me 3 more times, claiming I should reach out to the bank to get reimbursed when I clearly stated to them I paid cash to the driver and was double charged on a payment that should have went through via gift card. They repeatedly cut me off while speaking, like they're not customer service when speaking to a customer. Will 100% escalate this to corporate and make sure they hear these calls and get them fired each one by one.
UPDATE: Over a week since I've been trying to get a hold of them. Everytime they tell me a manager will be in and I call in, they claim the manager isn't there. Then they hang up on me and start ignoring my call. Completely unprofessional. I was just hung up on 5x in the span of 20 minutes. They think it's a joke.
Recording all calls with them from this point forward and will be posting it all over social media. This location needs to be shut down and/or every single employee there needs to be fired. It's not a surprise almost all their recent reviews are 1 star. HORRENDOUSLY BAD.
DO NOT ORDER HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND RUN. SEVERAL EMPLOYEES WITH AFRICAN ACCENTS ARE JUST RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND THINK IT'S FUNNY TO HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS! I WILL BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT VIA CORPORATE AND MAKE SURE THEY ALL LOSE THEIR JOB.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ordered from here three times this week and never again. First time, they forgot my salad. Second time they forget my Sprite and give me a warm Sprite that apparently wasn’t delivered to another customer from their order, which wasn’t appreciated considering places like these charge a ridiculous amount for soda - partially because it’s supposed to come cold.
Then on Tuesday I used a gift card from a Honey coupon that claimed it would save me money. When the delivery driver gets here, I tell him I was going to pay the difference between what I owed and the gift card cash but the receipt and the driver claims no gift card was applied. I just pay the entire $30 (tip included) cash and figure I’ll just use the gift card on another order. So I try to order today and find out the gift card was applied. I call the location and they claim there’s no manager/assistant manager there. I call customer service and they look into the order and see they indeed took the gift card as part of the transaction. So I basically paid twice on my order.
I try to reach out to the location later in the day and they claim only the assistant manager is there because the manager “Abdullai” is running late. I tell them I’ll call them back in an hour or so, because they told me they expect him in then. I’m positive they have caller ID and when I call back they pick up and hang up immediately. I try back and they leave me on hold for nearly ten minutes. So I tested them and called with another number and they pick up within seconds. I tell them I’d like to speak to Abdullai and they put me on hold for what appears to be another close to ten minutes.
Never ordering from here again and recommend you don’t do the same. They’re thieves that clearly don’t appear to want to return my money. I’m demanding the district manager of this location to reach out to me and the staff should 100% be given disciplinary action for their unprofessional way of...

I recently had the misfortune of ordering from Domino's Pizza, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I placed my order with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but what followed was an agonizing wait that lasted almost three excruciating hours.
First and foremost, the delivery time quoted on their website was completely misleading. I understand that delays can happen, but three hours to deliver a pizza is simply unacceptable. It's beyond comprehension how a supposedly efficient and well-established chain like Domino's could fail so miserably in meeting even the most basic expectations of timely delivery.
Throughout the ordeal, the lack of communication from Domino's was astounding. Not once did I receive an update, apology, or even a phone call to inform me about the delay. I was left clueless, hungry, and frustrated, constantly wondering when my order would finally arrive. It's as if customer satisfaction and basic courtesy meant absolutely nothing to this company.
When the pizza finally did arrive, it was lukewarm at best. The cheese had congealed, the crust was soggy, and the toppings were barely recognizable. It was a sad excuse for a meal, and definitely not worth the agonizing wait.
In conclusion, my experience with Domino's Pizza was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The prolonged wait, lack of communication, subpar food quality, and apathetic delivery service left me feeling deeply dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Domino's to think twice and explore other options. There are plenty of other pizza places out there that value their customers' time and...

I have been very patient with this location over the past half a dozen times I ordered but yesterday was the last straw.
I place an order online, select pay cash at the store, when I get to the store my total is $29 exactly. I give the cashier my $50 bill and he looks at me confused. Then proceeds to tell me they don’t have $21 change and that I need to use a card. This is the 3rd time this happened to me. Why in the hell did I choose pay in cash online and in store they are telling me they never have change. $80 something dollars change I understand but $21??? Somehow he manages to make my $21 change together after claiming they don’t have change then I ask him to ring me up for 3 sodas separately. The guy at the register looked at me like I spoke another language. I needed to give him a step by step guide on how to open the fridge door, take 3 coke bottles out, scan them, and I’ll pay for them. What does he respond with when I say I want to pay cash for it? He states they don’t have change. ONE DOLLAR CHANGE. The total for 3 sodas is $8 and some change. I finally told the guy I don’t need the change I just need my soda and I want to leave. He proceeds to stand there, metaphorically picking his nose, and staring at me like I said something that he’s never heard ever before another one of his co-workers directed him what to do. This store is in need of a serious employee change. If you want a free headache with a messed up order, order from here. This truly was my worst Dominoes...
