This place is walking distance to me, Iāve been to this Starbucks average once a week. And thatās pushing it! (I try to stay away from it if I can)
Whenever I order my regular tea, I get told itās sold out we donāt have anymore. So I deal with it.
Then I ask if I can get a caramel frapp and they said their machine is off. WHO CUTS THEIR MACHINE OFF FOR A TOP SOLD DRINK MORE THAN AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING?!
I wouldnāt be writing this review if this happened to me 1 time. No no no this has happened to me 4-5 times in the last 2 months. So out of the 6-8 times Iāve visited this location- 4 times I was told they didnāt have two completely different drinks! Idk if itās me or what. The lady that was there continued to tell me that they cut off their tea machine or whatever at 6 and whenever they run out then theyāre out. Meanwhile, today I walked in at 7:45pm and got told that same thing but they close at 9pm? Iām starting to question whoās in charge over there for such terrible service.. the amount of money youāre missing out on target Starbucks is unbelievable.
I understand cutting off making tea maybe an hour before you close because you will probably have leftovers.. But to cut it off 3 hours before your closing time and your blender gets cut off over an hour before you close??!?
Highly disappointed to say the least. Iāve visited other Starbucks a half an hour before they close and they happily make whatever I want. Iāve never had an issue with Starbucks but this one is horrible. Highly NOT...

Stopped here three times in three days. She was working two of the days. Backwards hat, chains, and calling one of the employees stupid. He was obviously new and she was just laying in to him. Swearing, saying things under her breathā¦
I got up in line to order and she claimed they didnāt sell what I requested. I said āI ordered it yesterday.ā She said āwe aināt got that. You can only get (whatever).ā
I said, āIām certain you have it; itās on that tap over there.ā The new kid said āitās the nitro tap.ā She told him to shut his mouth then told me she was ājust making sureā thatās what I ordered.
It took her 7-8 minutes to pour the cold brew (from a tap). The entire time she was loudly complaining about every incoming order.

Everything Iāve ordered from here tastes disgusting ā drinks are off, food is stale, and it seems like nobody takes any pride in their work. On top of that, thereās always tension between the employees. I swear I wouldnāt be surprised if one of them hit the other one day because of how much drama and conflict there is behind the counter. Itās a total mess.
Please, Iām begging whoeverās in charge to step in and fix this place. Itās embarrassing for the Starbucks brand and a miserable experience...
