La Patrona Taqueria (Edwards) — Restaurant in Edwards

Don’t know what’s up with the vegetarians leaving a review at all. Don’t like what they have then move on. Restaurants have a hard enough time in this valley, so unless it’s absolutely deserved, don’t leave one star reviews. This isn’t the city. These are your neighbors taking risks to start a business in a very volatile place. Those people will slowly ruin this valley if they keep it up!

The food was pretty good! The service was quick and done with a smile. Can’t ask for much more than that. I only had a torta and tacos.. my only gripe is the cabbage instead of lettuce didn’t do it for me.

One of my favorite food trucks in the Vail Valley. Mostly because their quesabirria quesadillas are out of this world. The Alhambre burrito is phenomenal as well but haven't looked back since I tried their quesabirria. It's all about the flavor and theirs is damn near perfect along with their included consomme which you'll drink like soup when you're finished with the actual food. So, so good! Had to send my homie a pic because it was so good but as you can see, I annihilated most of it before I remembered to take...

It is really tough to find good Mexican food that accommodates vegetarians. La Patrona nails it! Not only do they have veggie options, but they use FRESH veggies. I was so happy with my burrito, I'll be back to try other options. The service was also great, they happily answered questions and I felt they were genuinely grateful to serve customers of all backgrounds.
