I unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with this Dominos today. I ordered for delivery, but it appears that I entered the wrong address. I take full responsibility for that, as that is my mistake.
My order was delivered to my downstairs neighbor, and I was able to retrieve the order. However, I did not realize that I put in the wrong address so I called the store and the person that I spoke with was very rude to me. I gave him my name and informed him that the order status said complete, but I did not have the order. He took a very rude tone when he said, “it’s probably at your door. You said to leave it at the door.”
I informed him that I did check my door and I did not see it, so I asked him to confirm the delivery address to see what was going on. I was placed on hold, and when he came back, he informed me the deliver was taken to the address I provided, in a very nasty tone.

So, I called and the said I needed to go there and pick it up, and all they were going to do was waive the delivery fee. Unacceptable. When I arrived after a 15 minute drive, some man in a grey polo with a beard started screaming at me to park in a parking spot, while my friend was inside getting the FRIGID pizza. So, I parked and I said you don't have to be so rude about it. And then he went inside and told us we're lucky that he's waiving the delivery fee, and said that we cussed him out, when we did not. Read moreThis Dominos was the best in the area but they've gone downhill, I ordered a pizza that was supposed to have extra of certain ingredients & they got it partly right except they also got it partly wrong. One of the ingredients ordered that was supposed to be extra was hardly on there the other ingredient was doubled that wasn't. I called up the store & talked to someone who said they were the manager who wasn't very friendly & had a bit of an attitude the whole time we talked. There was no sorry that happened or anything of the sort just "we weigh out all out ingredients so it may seem like you didn't have extra but you did" He did offer a $3 refund for the ingredient that wasn't doubled but never once did he apologize or even seem sorry for the mess up. I'm disappointed to see a store that was once the best in the area be one of the worst....
