Unfortunately, I'm quite unimpressed with my experience at this Old Navy today. Upon entering the store and at both the changing rooms and the checkout, I was not greeted nor asked if I could be helped. After asking for help, I sort of stood in front of the employees until they noticed me. When they did, they acted inconvenienced that I needed their assistance. When I get to the checkout, the young man who helped me didn't address me at all until he presented my total. A woman, I suppose his manager, was standing behind him rattling about something that sounded like it needed to be discussed in private while he rang me up. She also seemed to disregard the fact that I was even at the register, or that her employee was attempting to work. Not to mention, for the first time in forever, he asks me for an ID for the card I used after I had already swiped my card, only to then tell me I cannot have the item I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED without an ID. Next, the lady standing behind him begins to lecture me on having an ID and how to manage my credit card as if it was her business. They refunded my card and I paid with cash, but I was not happy. I will not be returning to this Old Navy, and I hope that the staff and management improves their end of customer service...

She asked if I had a number. I told her no. She asked was I sure. I said I don’t shop here. Next thing I know she’s asking for my information without asking me if I wanted to sign up. Read moreI had my first great experience at Edwardsville Old Navy because of Sales Associate Lauren. I usually would not shop here regularly because the sales staff are extremely rude and arrogant. My family and I could be walking around the store over 15 minutes and no one would speak to us or ask if we need assistance. But Lauren is exceptional! She is so friendly and personable. She is the example of great customer service and the way things should be done....
