6 month's ago when this Ross opened in Edwardsville I was so very happy because Ross has long been one of my favorite stores to shop in. I fell in love with Ross store's while vacationing in the southern states and now to have two of them so close to my East Alton residence made my day. However, in the past several months the Ross in Edwardsville has gone down hill extensively. It seems the sales associates do not care about how the store appears. Every time I walk in it looks like a cyclone has hit it. Seriously it looks like the store has not been properly straightened up since it opened. The associates are not very friendly and I never see anyone working except one or two cashiers and the one person working the fitting room, whom I had to wait for to come back from her smoke break before I could even try anything on. Most of the clothes are on the floor or in the wrong places and the clothes that are on the racks are so sloppy and disorganized I can't even find my size. From the shoes to the towels it is always a mess and shows its customers that no one cares about this store. Which is a shame because it has the potential...

A lot of these other clothing store are getting costly for even items that [in my opinion] aren't worth it, why would you pay $40 for a workout outfit when you can go to Ross for half the price, why would I go to a leading department store for a workout bottom which is anywhere from $17.99 to $22.00 when all your doing is working out, unless your trying to catch another sweaty person while your there đ...come on ppl, are you there to workout or are you there to be seen...seriously most ppl budgets are not saying $40 bucks! So if I can spend less and look great then I'm all for it and if I can spend less and walk out with more,...
Read moreI love, love, love Ross's! Never walk out empty handed. From cashiers to managers are super friendly and helpful! Never disappointed! I have two granddaughters. One 7 and a newborn. Always find something.....well a lot of somethings...for them. I never spend less that $100. If i bought them at Macy's, i would have spent well over $250! Yesterday, while i was checking out, a woman, just walked out of the store with her arms full of merchandise. I was relieved that my cashier was calm and called her manager ASAP. Glad that she didnt try to stop her! She was very smart. Saving merchandise isnt worth risking your life. I forgot her name, but managers should recognize her for her actions. I was checking out at 7pm at the register by the Michael Kors watches. She was the only cashier on duty at the time. I hope the mgrs see...
