I placed an order from this location over the phone using the automated system. I arrived at the drive thru to pick up and the girl at the window told me she didn't have an order there for me. I drove to the front of the building to check the info to make sure I had the correct location. After calling and speaking to the General Manager at the Tilton Rd location, it was confirmed that I was in the correct store. I went inside and was told by the GM that there was still no order for me. I was also told that there was no such thing as "over the phone orders". I called the number back so that he could hear that over the phone orders could be placed and I pulled the credit card transaction so that he could see. He told me to call the 1-800 number and just ask for a refund because as the "Gerneral Manager" there was nothing that he could do. He told me I could do was place another order and just pay for it! I sat in the store for 20 minutes on the phone trying to get some assistance from someone on the phone because the GM wasn't interested in helping at all. Instead, while I was scrambling to get this issue resolved he was busy getting his own order together so that he could leave for the day. 20 mins later he asks me what my phone was and holds up the bag. My order was there the entire time! A manager and all the emloyees who work there and not one of the lazy individuals took the time to LOOK for the order. He told me that next time I shoud do a better job of inputting my proper information!! My phone number is on the bag and he point the finger at me! Not once did this man offer an apology my inconvenience, but instead he pointed the finger for the lazy behavior that was displayed on his part. Read moreI recently just picked up an order and received such disrespect with abuse of power. I pick up often from this location with doordash. And I always go thru the mobile drive thru pickup. I have never had a problem besides one girl, who refuses to give me her name, who makes me park and come in and pick it up off the counter. Nothing else is different. She doesn’t look at the phone to make sure I have the right order. She confirms nothing and she laughs as I have to come in for no reason. She still goes to get the order off the shelf and brings it to the counter. It’s incredibly disrespectful and she wouldn’t give me her name because she knew she was in the wrong. Her manager Genesis had no good explanation. Either have all your employees do the same thing or not. I’ve also tried to eat here a few times and the food just never looks fresh. I’ve ordered from this place 3 times, the first time they gave me guac with actually less than half of the container filled. Then the second time there was at least half of the ingredients missing, machines were down. Third time I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with rice, beans, corn, sour cream, and cheese. There was literally not one piece of chicken. Chicken was literally written on the lid. I reordered the same order bc I was hungry and upset and then the second bowl was missing beans. same thing.
