I had ordered two Domino pizzas for my grandkids little Halloween party and they were burnt I mean really burnt I included pictures to show you the pizzas that never got eaten later that evening I called the general manager was there took the information I told him that they could come pick him up he said no need to I apologize so I said to him so what are we doing now he says give me your name the phone number from the order and I told him it was my daughter that ordered it her phone number so he said give me yours too so he says you can call it anytime I will put this in our records it never expires and it will show up I even gave him the order number I haven't needed two more pizzas since then since it's only me and my wife were senior citizens it's been a year and I was going to do the same thing but when I called Domino's to tell them about the credit talked to their manager Anthony he said he couldn't find no information on that so I said well here's the phone numbers and here's the order number the date we had picked them up at 5:34 p.m. and I said have pictures showing they were taken at 10:48 p.m. which meant we didn't eat them and I told him the general manager said we'd be in the system bad credit never expires he said well good luck with that so with having that attitude I'm writing this and then I'm going to get in touch with corporate it's not about the pizza now it's about the way...
Read moreWe made an order online to this Dominos. After reviewing our order and checking the tracking, we called the store to add pepperoni to one of our pies. After the associate took the change to the pie over the phone after just a few minutes of it being placed, she called back to inform us that the pie was already prepared and could not add the extra topping. So we requested that a new pie be made to our liking and this is where the customer service failed. We were told that can’t be done because it was ‘already’ made and they could add it but the pie would be burnt! I told them if I pick up a burnt pie that it better be remade. She spoke to her manager and returned on the line to say they would try their best. When I told my Husband what transpired over the phone, he was not only in disbelief but also frustrated. We decided to cancel the entire order and place it at a neighbouring Dominos in Mays Landing. I have never dealt with a business that couldn’t or wouldn’t make something to a customers liking. We will NEVER order from this location again and will be Sure to let everyone we know how awful this place is! They lost major business from several families over a 23 dollar order. Read moreI don't know where to begin. First I ordered some stuffed cheesy bread, and as you can see they sent the wrong item. That would be fine, mistakes happen. I figured I'd just eat the tots, but then I opened that box and saw this! Not only was it not what I ordered, it didn't look appealing! I couldn't bring myself to eat them so I decided to call them on the phone to see what can be done about the mistaken order.
I called my local Dominos several times, and each time the person working answered the phone (this was a Saturday evening, so I understood it would be busy), he put me on a silent hold and never came back to the phone each time.
I called several times, at different intervals, just to be put on hold. I finally gave up and decided to take a loss on the 7 bucks, and inform those reading this review to understand what they may encounter when ordering from here. I've ordered from there before, and most of the time there's no issue.
Dominos is Dominos I'm not expecting a 5 star restaurant meal, but when an error is made and even the attempts that I make to correct the error are in vain, what else can you do 🤷🏾♂️
