How the fuxk are you going to run out of cold brew constantly and today especially today run a coupon for cold brew and not have it. Frosted doughnuts should be placed up... not frosting down or another doughnut on top. Absolutely insane I ordered sat there for 10 mins after for you to tell me we're out of cold brew on the day we're running a promo 2 for 5 promo crazy. I'm crazy for paying this much for coffee. Debating if I will just save the Hassel and make it myself at home and take my business home. I reloaded money to buy coffee and if I go to anthor dunking they will screw it up way worse. The one in Northfield has been the best and constantly consistent. So disappointed Update 7 /'30 2024

So it's been a little bit went back a few times and it has been so much better. Order has been correct and the coffee taste much better

I go there just about everyday so does my girl. The mangers are awesome staff is great too however attention to details are the most important. I say that since my engery cold is a plain iced coffee with no expresso nor the right amount of sugar and my extra large hot has no expresso in it and is missing like a quarter cup of coffee( photos posted) just the look of the engery cold brew tells me it is plain iced coffee. Went to the other one in mayslanding got the same order and it was correct. Starting my day off without my coffee mean someone is going to get eeffoc until I get my coffee. So I'd would be great if the staff here makes coffee like it was for then or their family. Ohhh 2 doughnuts in the small box best thing ever. Next day somone though frosted doughnut on top of the other and they bothe lost there frosting. The box BEST THING EVER.

Great staff only issue I've ever had is expresso machine either needs to be cleaned or it isn't working but other than that everything is fantastic. The staff is super nice and efficient. Love this one over others and I work near by. So when I have to be a work in 10 mins I know I cam always stop here and still be on time. Unless the espresso machine is needing to be clean.

Unfortunately I will have to go to anthor dunking for a bit. My coffee is almost always wrong snd when it's re-made is remade just as shitty as the first time. Missing doughnuts from my order sometimes. The coffee is very weak and seems like re-training is in order and some lessons in customer service are in order very sad I'll be back in a few months to see if this store got any better but after 6 months of mistakes, coffee cups that smell like they were sprayed by a sunk, and cold drinks are so over filled that they...

I was in on lunch break at 12 noon on Friday October 4th. I was the only customer inside ordering at the time and there were a few cars in the drive thru. I placed an order for large cappuccino and two sausage, egg & cheese croissants. I noticed 5 employees working at the time. I received my cappuccino in 2 minutes. Then I began to wait, and wait, and wait. After 15 minutes of seeing 5 employees doing nothing but walking around, talking, laughing and all in the back area of the kitchen, I finally spoke up an shouted out to anyone who would listen,"where is my order, did you forget me?" Then one worker came to the front and asked what i was waiting for. I told him and then asked for the manager. It was at that time when the manager and 5 workers all popped their heads around the corner of the kitchen to see who was asking. I told the manager there are 5 workers all doing nothing and i have been standing here ready to get back to work and do not have my sandwiches. He then informed me that I was not there 15 minutes but 13 and 86 seconds! So I stand corrected. I was pissed but did not say anything. By then I have finished my cappuccino and rushed to get back to work,. When I got to work, to add more insult to a horrible situation, they burnt my croissant. It was black and tasted burnt. So I threw them in the trash. If anyone in corporate is listening you have a lazy manger who is goofing off and hanging out with his crew. When I was there a lady in the drive-thru speed off upset that she waited so long for her order and left before she received her stuff. This is not a place to go. The place looks externally pleasing as it gives you a modern feel with excellent parking space. Last time I went to use the restroom, floors were still WET and did not see a wet floor sign. The AIR circulation/temperature within the lounge was not up to par causing EXTREME HUMIDITY making windows appear foggy, how else do I plan to surf the web if my laptop will overheat in seconds...not a great place to lounge if you’re looking to increase sweat and SUFFOCATE. I would think twice before I bring in my laptop, as it might cause overheating due to the moisture inside the lounge, PLEASE FIX your air ventilation system within appropriate weather conditions.

The coffee was OKAY, could be less watery, donuts could use a little more SPRINKLE...I don’t see why anyone would open up a location and I guess decide to be cheap with the sprinkles especially since it’s new, I expect the best service.

The workers seemed very MONOTONED and UNENTHUSIASTIC as I was giving my order, COULD provide a little customer service like probably a smile with a greeting perhaps? YOU are the FIRST and LAST impression, treat it like royalty otherwise it will be the LAST Dunkin’ Donuts I will ever step foot in...a place this nice should NOT have this many issues to be honest...
