PrimoHoagies — Restaurant in Egg Harbor Township

Me and my husband decided to go somewhere different tonight and we decided to get Primo Hoagies. We had to do it through Doordash since Primo hoagies doesn't have a delivery of their own. We ordered three Subs, two Philly cheese steaks and a turkey and ham sub. I am very disappointed because I love primo hoagies. I've always had great food every time I've gotten from there. I love their bread the most. But today was sad and unfortunately we won't be going back there at least for a very long time. Starting with my mom's cheesesteak, there was no steak on it. No meat hardly at all.. it was just mostly filled with onions and tomatoes. And of course she didn't get her a side of oil. My sub was fine,but my bread was stale as hell! I thought it was toasted but it was just stale. And I didn't get my pickles on the side. My husband did not order his cheesesteak on a seeded roll but ended up getting a seeded roll. And not only did we overpay using doordash but it took forever. The door Dash driver was great, letting me know that they were taking long, that they thought they were short staffed. I understand when a business is short staffed but I didn't realize that meant that you completely forget how to make a sub. So so sad,...

Today Tuesday, May 11th 2021 I order a TOASTED cheese steak the only thing I added extra is lettuce. ( I’m weird ) I did not receive a toasted bread. Nor did I receive any fried onions let alone the extra fried onion that I asked for. I also did not receive Mayo nor ketchup. I picked up and came home to a dry “hoagie” for $17 including the very delicious coleslaw i seen in their deli area. Since they didn’t have anything other to choose from. If ATLANTIC CITY SUB SHOP on TILTON/HINGSTON was not closed due to family emergencies. They were and my only first choice. I get what I order and also able to choose curly fries. etc. on top of that when I went to pick my order up from your Establishment. I Asked for hot peppers on the side. Which I did not receive. So I asked in person. I was given banana peppers.............. I think I’m more mad because I didn’t get fried onions at all. And my son was completely dry with a sesame hoagie. Subway is not what I wanted :,(

And for $17? I would of paid that for the 6 lbs of...

This evening i placed a take out order. I arrived at the estimated time and was rudely advised by staff that i would need to come back in about 25 min. Upon returning, i politely greeted the young man behind the counter (thin w/long hair) only to be completely ignored and have my order tossed across the counter and having him walk away without a word despite me bidding him good night. When i arrived home i found my order to be incorrect and generally below normal standard for this establishment. I could understand the staff being rude if i had been hostile or ignorant but not returning basic pleasantries is unacceptable. I will not return and i will actively lobby my coworkers/family to not patronize this...
