Pizza Bros — Restaurant in Egg Harbor

Superb wood fired pizza. Fresh and unique dough, this is a must for anyone who likes good pizza. From someone who grew up in Chicago, and also made wood fired napolitan style pizza, this is excellent pizza, and was a real treat. Will definitely be back!

Edit 2 - came back again a few days later and tried their Mac-Tastic and "Threat Level Midnight" ( truffle, several kinds of mushrooms, and I added sausage) and this perfectly exemplifies my point on ingredient balance. This is an amazing pizza and would eat here regularly if nearby. One of the best and most unique pizzas I've had. If I could give them 11/10, I would.

Edit to add- this style of pizza is NOT SUPPOSED to be drowning in cheese and toppings! This is not pizza hut! You want a balance of dough, toppings, cheese, and sauce. IMO they hit the mark here with the balance. Of course it's going to be $22 for a pizza, they use fresh ingredients, and imported flour for their specially made dough. This was our first time visiting Pizza Bros and it won't be our last! We got a shareable size salad which was easily enough for 4 adults, the spicy Sicilian pizza, and drinks from the brewery. The salad was a generic caesar salad, but well dressed with a generous amount of croutons and shaved parmesan. The pizza was delicious - so much so that we went back a second time during our trip for more! Delicious hot out of the oven, but also delicious for breakfast the next morning. The meat is thickly sliced; the pesto is really flavorful, and the variety of flavors all manage to come through in a really balanced way. The second time, we also tried the cheese bread, which was absolutely delicious- buttery, cheesy, crisp, and worth the calories! Pro tip: order the pizza and any starters separately. The food comes out all at once, so ordering separately is the only way to get your starters as actual starters. I'm a tourist here in door county, I ordered the taco pork, specifically asked to have the pizza cut in squares because of my grandkids n they laughed at me and I said why are u laughing, they said they cut their pizzas in triangles, okay, well, you can cut in squares, they agreed. I got my pizza, no street corn, and pizza was cut in triangles..I called and smoke to Luke, "the manager" very rude telling me, you told me 5 times, sorry, we get busy, we're not perfect..worst customer service! I'll never be back and I will spread the word about this place.
