McDonald's — Restaurant in El Centro

So 3 weeks ago I went to this McDonald’s it was a bit late like 11pm, we went to the drive thru and my dad who majorly speaks Spanish was ordering food but in English so he has an accent but because if his accent the lady at the window was being rude and ignoring him after 4 minutes she finally responded, he orders the triple cheeseburger combo for my brother but she kept saying” what, can you repeat what you said” like 3 times kinda like she was taunting him, then he asked for the burger plain and she was ignoring him and we can hear her talking to someone and Laughing then after like 2 minutes she was like ok is that all, and he said no I want to add one more thing but he said it in Spanish, she didn’t even respond so then I ordered my food but I also speak Spanish, and said can I add some large fries please, she ignored me, I got so furious and yelled it to the mic, Can you add some large fries to my order, I was upset then when we went ti the window the lady sounded very different, which makes me think it was someone else and covering the girls back so she won’t get in trouble, and we left upset and we let it go, we went again today for the first time after those 3 weeks and the same thing happened again, she was ignoring my dad bc of his accent but as soon as my sister started speaking English the girl on the mic said” yes ma’am what can I get for you” all nice and polite because of this horrible experience my dad feels humiliated and never wants to come back to this McDonald’s, honestly I must say I am very upset and expected better after not going for 3 weeks for...

6-27-17 There was a ln odd smell as soon as you would walk in through the main doors. That smell came from the trash receptacles that they had on both ends of the dining room. Both were filled up to the brim and the trays were stacked up very high. (See pictures) it wasn't a very busy day so I don't quite understand why the employees didn't take time to take care of the trash receptacles.

The bathroom seem clean at first sight. But once you got closer to a urinal you realize that the floor was a little bit on the Sticky Side. And of course comma there always seems to be a bit of soap on the sink. At least the bathroom didn't smell like a dining room did.

My order was correct, and it was hot. Nothing seemed to be overcooked or undercooked. And the drink station was a little bit on the messy side but nothing out of the ordinary.

The Wi-Fi connection was excellent. But I did wait to see how long it would take the staff to recognize that the trash was overflowing. Even though I was only there for 45 minutes, not once did any of the employees seem to care about how dirty the dining room was or how overpacked the trash cans were. The manager seems to surprise me because he did see it. And I'm not quite sure if he was having a bad day or if he didn't have enough help, but I did notice that his uniform was not in code or regulation with McDonald's guidelines. I used to like stopping at this McDonald's going to and coming from San Diego. But this may have been...

Came here for a quick, cheap bite to eat before my early morning commute. Wanted two Egg McMuffins and a hash brown. That was all.

It was only after I got my drive-thru receipt I discovered an Egg McMuffin at this location is currently $5.49. Sure, you can blame me for not looking at the menu prices... but let's be honest, does anyone go to a McDonald's expecting to spend that much for one meal?

If I'd wanted to spend $14 on breakfast... well, I wouldn't ever spend $14 on breakfast! I could've gotten like TWO whole breakfast burritos from somewhere else for that price...

And the worst part of it? I was instead given two SAUSAGE McMuffins, an error I didn't discover until I had pulled away and gotten on the freeway. Sausage McMuffins are only $2.39. Which means I was OVERCHARGED by a total of $6.20. I paid SIX EXTRA DOLLARS. I was even asked "Did you want the sausage one?" To which I replied, "No."

Respect to all the people working that early and doing the best they can, the service was great for that horrible time of day... but yeah, frustrating way to start off...
