Andy's — Restaurant in El Dorado

I was disappointed because this used to be a great fast food place. I only went through the drive through to get their new butterscotch shake and it felt like it took forever. There was a car in front of us. Perhaps they were ordering for a big party. I don't know but I think I only saw them receive 1 bag of food. After they left my milkshake came pretty fast, but I suspect they forgot to put the flavor in. ☹️ Is one person trying to run this restaurant by themselves? If so I suggest that they hire some help before they loose all their customers. I have called many times because I never see anyone in the parking lot, but they don't even have a machine to answer the phone. I understand with the modern day problem of endless robocalls,, but I would have come sooner if I could have figured out the hours that they are open. I'm sure the restaurant can't afford to hire any help, but I am afraid that they risk going out of business...

NOPE, if you’re used to clean restaurants, adequate service and good food this place will disappoint you. The employees are polite but this restaurant needs an upgrade and quality control overhaul. We ordered the pancakes with eggs and ham, pancakes with eggs and sausage and french toast. The pancakes were watered down, large, but the batter was thin. The eggs were ok, but for a restaurant you look for soft fluffy eggs that you can only get from a professional griddle not eggs your teenager can cook for you at home. The ham was warmed lunch meat, I was expecting a slice of ham but my fault for not clarifying. My teenager did enjoy the french toast sticks she said they were hot so obviously cooked to order. This restaurant and staff have the potential to be great, but they need a consultant or someone with a background in restaurant management to whip this...

Somewhere to eat in very quiet plce. Was there for 2hrs and salad bar was never wiped one time nor did anyone come out and ck the dining area. The floors need to be replaced bad,don't look inviting at all. Store looks very,very old. Don't see how in the world they are still open! The prices are very expensive and they charge 1.00 extra for everything seems like. Where are the professional coupons? Instead of copy print outs you may see at local business for .30 off of something, that's a joke. Wld never recommend...
