It might be because they just opened up….But, their food service is horrible and their customer service even worse. I ordered my food using the mobile app. I arrived at the restaurant and there was a sign for mobile orders to go through a line next to the drive thru . When I tried scanning the barcode , it was not working. So I drove up to the window and let them know my issue. I then received a notification that my order would be at the pick up area so I let them know right away.
Since the girl outside the drive thru line didn’t know what to do, she asked someone else inside the restaurant. A lady in a gray shirt came up to the window and basically just lectured me about how I should use the app when ordering. She repeated herself three times as she told me that the pick up section is inside. She must have noticed the face I made because her response was “ we will bring it out to you this time, but next time the pick up section is inside” ( ok sorry lady).
My order was not ready yet so I was told to park across and they would bring out my order to me.
When the lady who brought my order to me, I opened my car window, extended my arm to receive the food, but she held on to the bag and started lecturing me about next time picking up inside the restaurant and how to use the app properly!!!! I extended my hand out again to just get my order but she just kept talking, so I had to wait for her to finish talking for her to give me my order.
Only one girl ( the girl outside in the drive thru line) was nice and had no negative attitude. Everyone else seemed to be in a bad mood.
Before I drive off, I like to check my order . When I opened my bag, the food looked just as bad their attitude. Instead of taking their time to lecture me, they could’ve taken the time to make the food look presentable . Whatever the case, I don’t think they noticed the container was opened and some of the food has spilled out.
Instant regret coming here for lunch . IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT...
Read moreMy nephew decided to spend his first paycheck on a meal, excited that he was going to pay it himself. His 20 dollar bill was flagged by the cashier for not being sure if it was real but she didn't even know how to check if she was right or not (funny, right). We had to wait awkwardly in line while she checked in with management to see if she was even correct. I completely understand the need for businesses and cashiers to do this but I noticed that she didn't really check this fast (or even at all) for the people in front of us or behind us (I couldn't help but sit close to the register just to make sure l wasn't being dramatic). It ruined my nephews dining experience because we're no strangers to things like this and we were already being reminded (nicely, of course) that the dining area would close in 30 minutes. The prolonged awkwardness coupled with the limelight indirectly created all because the cashier didn’t know how to check a 20 dollar bill and assume fraud first made a pretty disappointing experience. I’m sure we’re not the first 20 dollar she’s handled,...
Read moreI was in the area and surprised to see this Chick-fil-A opened up and I had a craving for waffle fries.
I had their Chick-fil-A deluxe combo with large waffle fries and large sweet tea. I also ordered their new pimento spice crispy chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were both excellent and delicious.
Large waffle fries with Chick-fil-A sauce is the best and of course their sweet tea takes it all the way to the top. Overall it was an excellent lunch.
I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items. A solid Chick-fil-A with excellent seating room and great...
