This one is kind of hidden. You can drive right by it and not even know it's there. There are no lights from the outside. The windows are blackout and the doors are locked. The only way in is to use the phone booth and someone will come to the door to let you in. The host (Adam) was very polite. We sat and we were given a bottle of water and two glasses. The server (Jose) who was also our bartender took our order. He brought the bar to the table and made our drinks. The drinks were delicious but lacked presentation. The Pork sliders were like no other you have before. The food menu is small but the flavor combinations are carefully thought out. Everything on the plate had a unique flavor. We will be going back.

The place is beautiful The signature drinks are made at your table The drinks aren't too expensive The reason for the 4 stars is for the food prices A charcuterie platter was 22$ All though it was delicious I would rather pay 22$ for a big meal else where I had actually ordered crab sliders but they were out so we shared the platter which was good for 2 With only 5 things on the menu I would've thought they wouldn't run out At the end they also charged the sliders and we had to wait to get refunded Which took a bit because of how packed it was The staff were really nice and refunded the item we never recieved which was another 22$ Over all I liked it but will only go there if im invited not by choice

Someone put me on to this and I decided to come here on a Friday night. Had no expectations but I walked in and instantly fell in love. What an amazing place! The ambiance is off the wall. Chill, dark, cozy, inviting. All of it. Luckily I came in when Abby was performing. What an amazing voice. This is without a doubt my new favorite place in El Paso. I will definitely be back. (Full priced drinks, sparse food menu, and when it got full the service was pretty suspect. Drinks took a while and finding a server was a bit of a challenge, but the magical experience with Abby singing blocked out any negativity I might have experienced. She says she’s here every Friday.)

What is happening to El Paso!?!? My second bad experience in two consecutive nights!! One with a different vision but in the end a night of rude treatment just like today!!! Where is customer respect in this city!?!?

Today my family and I went to this place. My mother, my wife, my son and I and to start from the end... They treated us extremely badly, starting with them kicking us out, according to them, because they did not accept minors after 8 pm. It seems absurd to me since we have gone to better places than that pigsty where they treat you arbitrarily and they had never told us such a thing and ending with the fact that they admitted that they just didn't want the child there at that time because they were very busy today, to which I responded …So they are kicking me out in other words!?!? They remained silent.

We have taken our son to more luxurious restaurants and bars and they have never said anything to us. I understand if it had been at 10 pm but we planned to stay only an hour or until 9 pm, we are people with family values, so we didn't stay up late, especially with a child, we realized that it was personal, starting with the waitress, an American. Very old and ridiculously dressed as a young woman, which I noticed her discomfort in treating us. Arrogant by the way and ending with the manager who never treated us with respect. According to him, he set the laws that they understood and told me that my son could not be there, which I realized was an arbitrary decision since what they wanted was to vacate space. And he was quite rude!! What can you expect from a place like this if the manager acts in such a way. And since they were very full tonight, they didn't give a ^+%# about kicking us out since apparently we were lost to them. Without having an idea of how much I was going to spend there. Honestly, we were thinking of spending money, since I also went to play jazz since I know the musicians and I love live music in the bars I go to, well, we were going to have dinner, and play one or another jazz song, order some other drink, etc. etc . But apparently they got carried away by the first appearance since I ordered a beer just as my wife arrived and went to park the car and that's when the first prejudice came, the waitress ( Igualada ) never brought me the beer and she didn't want me there. Then in a mysterious way they apparently began to agree to find a pretext and throw us out and that's when they told me about the child. Perfect excuse to open space for other customers since a child is not going to consume alcohol, obviously. I'm not going to tell the whole story but they were all very rude and especially the manager who couldn't have looked more Mexican and very arrogant, the man told me that he didn't speak Spanish so I had to speak to him in English hahahaha the poor thing!!! He felt very Anglo-Saxon!! I'll never go again. 👎 I'm just telling you my experience so that such bad treatment in this city is not overlooked. Don't support businesses where you think the customer is NOBODY!!! Since they are NOTHING without us!!! THUMBS DOWN 👎 FOR...

Went last night. We were seated and given menus but the actual service was slow. We decided that we would have cocktails made on the cart. When the waiter brought the cart over, it wasn’t stocked. He kept going back and forth to obtain items for the cart and to make our drinks. He even said “this is where I learn what’s missing”. Apparently we had to learn as well by waiting just to get our first round as he proceeded to stock the cart before he could make our drinks. As a suggestion, maybe the cart should be stocked before the venue opens. The waiter made my drink and served it, without a napkin. I tasted it but couldn’t taste one of the particular flavors the menu described so upon his next trip back to stock the cart, I asked for a napkin and also asked for a little bit more of the flavor. He obliged and then made my husband’s drink, and provided napkins. We finished our drinks and left the empty glasses at the edge of the table and they sat there as well as us. We waited. Finally the waiter came back and asked “everything okay here?” I then said…no, we’d like another round of drinks but we decided we’d have the actual bartender make our drinks thinking it would be quicker. We also ordered our food which was a Charcuterie board, hot dog and crab sliders. The food arrived by someone else and it was just the hot dog and sliders. I asked when the board was coming and was told that would be a few more minutes. We had hoped to get the board first since that contained cold cuts, cut cheese and crackers to start snacking since we were hungry while waiting for the other food that actually had to be cooked. While eating I noticed staff on their phones and staff congregating at the bar. I’m not talking about staff putting in orders, I’m talking about staff chit-chatting with other staff instead of servicing their patrons. We ate and drank and had to flag down our waiter to get our check. We were ready to go. Is this place beautiful…absolutely. Are the drinks and food delicious…oh yes. But our previous experience was with the bartender making our drinks and not the waitstaff like it was this time Were we provided live music…again yes and we enjoyed every minute of soothing sounds. I’m not sure if the venue was short staffed but it seemed as if our waiter was busy despite the club just opening. Having to wait and also having to ask for service made for a not-so-pleasant experience. Normally for a night out, we’ll go to a regular establishment but this night was a celebration for my husband and I wanted to do something nice for him. Did I know that our tab would be $100 for 4 drinks and food…of course, but I expected service to be far more substantial than a regular bar and that’s what left us disappointed. After being here before and having a wonderful experience, this time it didn’t meet our...

It's beautiful inside, clean and music was relaxing. Perfect opportunity for date night. Unfortunately we must have picked a bad day to show up. We where seated and almost immediately a gentleman came to our table put down two glasses and said, "service yourself some water, I'll be back to take your order". We knew within 5 minutes what we wanted to drink, and eat. However he never came back. He would casually check on the couples next to us and even attended what seemed to be a couple that he knew. Had a shot with the couple and and made eye contact with us several times however never came back. 30 minutes later I decided maybe we're supposed to go to the bar ourselves? After walking to the bank to put an order, a waitress said she want sure if he had taken care of us, apologize and immediately took our order. We didn't get food after all. We were simply discouraged by the wait. I feel we were very patient and didn't get upset or acted rude. Simply confused considering it's our first time. It was our date night and we decided to have one drink and head out instead. The check took another 30 minutes, after we asked both the waiter and waitress, the waitress expressed her apologies on the delay she was trying to make it right for us. We where just simply beyond discouraged from...
