Im staying at the Holiday Inn and walked here for lunch. After reading the reviews I'm a little confused. I saw several bad reviews about the service... I assure you that the persons responsible for the bad service previously have been dealt with.. I walked in and right away I was greeted by a BIG guy in a cool hat. HE STOPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND GREATED ME WITH A SMILE! Now I have never been here before so I had no idea what to order. Without hesitation the guy asked what kind of appetite I had.. He explained that I could either order a whole pie, or "by the slice" He pointed to some examples close by and started telling me what was popular. After some talking I chose 3 different types of pizza. "The Jefferey" is like a supreme. The "Fab 5" has tomato and peppers and other awesomeness on it. The "Meatie" is like a meat lovers but way better. I got the receipt and was told they would have it right out. Sure enough a short bit later my meal was ready. Now Folks... These guys carried it out to me like a police escort! The only thing missing were the lights and siren. Each pizza was really fresh and hot! I have to say this was a great meal. It was fast, tasty, and fresh! Just when I tought it couldnt be any better, I was looking around during my meal. The whole place was very clean and there is art on the wall to spark conversation and debate over. Lol. Overall this place is great. I do highly recommend that you try it. Talk to the big guy and tell him I sent you. They will treat you like a Pal they haven't seen in a good while. As an added bonus, my bill did not...

The Pizza Joint is a pizzeria with several locations peppered throughout El Paso. Besides specializing in 20” pizzas, they also serve “Joints” which are pepperoni and mozzarella rolls with a side of sauce, wings, salads, and garlic knots called “Spliffs.”

We arrived at the North Stanton Street location in downtown El Paso at shortly after 10 p.m. on a Friday, following the conclusion of the El Paso Chihuahuas baseball game. It was practically filled to capacity inside, but there were a few tables available outside. The place has a bustling environment, and the evening’s feature was an entertaining jazz band.

We ordered our 20” pepperoni pizza, retrieved our beverages, took our numbered placard, and headed to an outside table. Our meal arrived about 20 minutes later.

The pizza was very disappointing. It lacked flavor and the thin crust was very dry. The slice I grabbed was so stiff and didn’t bend at all. It was like holding and eating a piece of cardboard. I tried adding pepper and parmesan cheese (which came in individual packets) and even that couldn’t enhance the flavor. For $27, the pizza could have given me a modicum of satisfaction.

The Pizza Joint also serves wings and salads, so perhaps that may be a more viable option. One can also buy dough balls to take home to make your own pizza.

The Pizza Joint has an exciting atmosphere, and the staff was pleasant enough; nevertheless, if you’re looking to enjoy some pizza, there are other pizzerias worth your...

Received a refund at least.... Ordered a 20 inch Jeffery Pizza.... They said it would take 15-20 minutes... 30 minutes later they delivered my pizza to the wrong table. We tried to verify if it was or pizza, cause that table had only seated 5 minutes before that. The server disregarded our concerns. So I walked up to the cashier with my table tent, order number 84, and asked for an update to my order. The server asked the person his co worker, where's order number 84? She said, we just gave it to you. So she marches to the table, patrons already eating the pizza, and she asks did you order a Jeffrey. The patrons answered yes. She respond but not a 20 inch! So these patrons already having hovered over the pizza, one eating a slice, she asks, can I just replace the slice and give you the pizza (currently being eaten). I said, "no, I'd like a refund." They gave me a refund.... But to think they were going to try and serve me a pizza that was already being devoured. My biggest regret, is I didn't ask for my tip back, cause they didn't deserve it. Honestly, I wish they would've offered something that was already ready to eat, cause I didn't have time to wait for another pizza, I had an appointment to get to... So here I stand, hungry still. Poor customer service. They said it would take 3 to 4 days for the refund to process... Oh and I tried to pay with cash initially but they don't accept...

Nestled in the heart of downtown El Paso, this local gem has become our go-to spot for office meetings and celebrations. The pizza here is consistently delicious, with a perfect balance of flavorful sauce, melty cheese, and toppings that taste fresh and generously portioned. Every slice feels like a treat, whether you’re diving into a classic pepperoni or indulging in one of their creative specialty pies. What truly sets this pizza joint apart is its reliability—not just in flavor but also in service. Orders are always on time, and the staff is friendly and accommodating, even during busy lunch hours. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or planning a group gathering, you can count on them to deliver quality every time. If you’re in El Paso and craving pizza, this spot is a must-visit. It’s local, delicious, and dependable—a winning combination!
