So we wanted some chicken you canât go wrong with churches chicken.. some reason this particular location usually has the worst service. Itâs not the first time nor the second time. They didnât get our order right. Chicken was good so thatâs good. The cole slaw was bad foul smelled when you opened the lid. Looked like it was sitting there cabbage even had a brown colored. Old cabbage from a bag. When we tried getting the cashiers attention she was on her phone we even honked once and didnât bother to look up. The other employees were chit chatting. Nothing wrong with a few words with employees about work or what not but when a customer is out there please acknowledge your customer. All we wanted was honey. The biscuits werenât fresh a bit hard. Every time we visit, it seems they're out of stock on the items (anytime of the day) . On my most recent visit, we arrived at 4:30 PM, the front doors locked, despite the business hours stating they close at 8 PM. I knocked and attempted to enter, but the manager refused to open the door throw her hand up to go around through the drive through. There were several employees inside, which made the whole situation even more perplexing. It felt like a blatant disregard for customer service. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered such issues at this so-called "business." They would tell us don't argue with the customer, and that the customer was always right.So I get my food, and I got 2 chicken sandwiches and they looked nasty, and the chicken looked old. I go tell the employee, that took my order that the sandwiches looked nasty, and that the chicken was old and I wanted my sandwiches done over. Not only she replied rudely, but told me that the chicken was still good that she wouldn't serve it to me if it wasn't good. She told me it would take seven minutes for them to be ready, and in top of that my kids and I were eating and made me get up for the sandwiches. Seriously, I don't know why this persons work in customer service if they don't like interacting...
