EPIC — Restaurant in El Paso

I have always had a great time here, music is good and the gogo dancers are amazing. Now... on Oct 28th I attended their Mr. ans Miss. Halloween 2018 event and took advantage of their bracelet for $2 wells. On the 29th I see a statement on my card for 4 charges, one for $14.25 and 3 for $15.25. I recognize that it is the original amount plus my tip in the card and I left cash tip as well. I fought the $14.25 charge amd two of the $15.25 ones for overcharging/wrongfully charge. It was cleared immediately by my card. I was approached today by the bar tender who had processed my transaction on that night. He stated he wanted to know "why I did it?" that he was not kicking me out but I could not do that again. I explained I was overcharged and he denied it, continuing to say that if I ever did that again I would not be allowed in and stating he had money and had paid for it. I lef the establishment after explaining I also had a very good income and did not had the need to claim wronfull charges if not veridic and of course did not need to be treated like that. I had been coming here for a little over 2 years, they have a lot of clientele and my business is not needed neither will be missed, however I would like to express to the manager or owner that according to orher reviews I am not the first to experience something like this but hopefully I will...

Absolutely mortifying on what my friend encountered. She is someone who is of age , has gigs here occasionally and socializes with a lot of the staff there. Security and bartenders claim my friend was banned due to being escorted out the night before then changed the reason to she’s underage then changed it once again to she was just getting too loud. All which aren’t TRUE AT ALL. They ended up trying to makeup for their actions after she vocalized how this was not true by checking her ID then letting her in. She then got harassed later in the night by Reinier Verlade who is staff there claiming she’s underage and physically attacked her with another staff member dumping her in the back alley like a piece of trash after completely humiliating her. If I could, I would give 0 stars. I don’t know what’s with bartenders in El Paso, I was there recently and the service wasn’t great, the first time I didn’t get the beer I asked for, but since the bartender opened it I just took it, but what upsets me the most is him tipping himself whatever amount he thought it was best, even though his service was poor… Ivan C felt with the right to tip himself and change the amount I put at the end, FYI that’s stealing, I don’t know why every bartender does this in El Paso, I’ll dispute anyways, but I wish these people would be honest, I hope this individual gets call out on this, since I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one...
