"Unforgettable the Horrible Service" Food : Fantastic!! Ordered Shrimp tacos and added for additional charge for Chickpeas salad. Satisfied! Worth of money and Yummy 😋 Service : Server : Gisele or Jacelle Low service/ hospitality Standard and Knowledge.

1. We were ready to order, closed the menu to give a signal to her that we were ready. Gisele or Jacelle kept walking pass us several times. We waited patiently and didn't complain till she came. We gave her for a benefit of the doubt that she might have a bad day.... then
2. We ordered a bottle Prosecco, Gisele or Jacelle opened a bottle and just put on the table!! We waited and thought she would serve/pour to our glasses...Noooo 😅 We had to pour by ourselves, I never experienced or seen something like this, ever in my life..... We thought that this might be a common service in El Paso. Hmmm let's give it a benefit of the doubt 🤔
3. The bottle was not chilled enough. We had to put some ice from the wine bucket to our glasses, so we could enjoy. And We had to put our drinking water into a bucket to chill Prosecco.
4. After we used our drinking water to put in a wine bucket, wanting to refill, she was no anywhere for the service.
5. After we finished our dinner, there was no follow up about the meal, wine or asking if we would want anything, Until we asked for a bill.
6. we had finished our dinner, plates and we continued our Prosecco, No one would come to clear the table until we asked for the bill.
7. Service Charge was calculated 20% and automatically added in to the bill. I couldn't stop thinking that Giesele or Jacelle took us for granted, that she didn't need to give a good service because the service charge was already added in the bill. I would not mind to give 20% service charge however this was unacceptable service, It was Horrible Service Dining Experience. Please check a photo in the review!!! We had to sit on the table, with full of empty plates the whole time until we finished Prosecco. No one even cared to assist to clear them. * Atmosphere : Specious, nice decor, nice restaurant. ....Will I go back again ? NO. ....Will I recommend to friends ? I will let them know how was my horrible experience with the Service. But the food was fantastic. .....Worth of money, Yes. But be aware that service charge is automatically added 20% on the top of the bill. .....If you order any wine or prosecco?? You may have to pour it by yourself 😅

I feel so sad that a nice restaurant like this, offering a horrible dining experience. It made a HUGE different even the food is good.

I did not make a complaint to the restaurant, because I didn't think that they would care and improve. So I prefer to share it to you. To be aware of the horrible service in this restaurant that you may get (If your server is Gisele or Jacelle, please anticipate a horrible service). And it's now up to you if you would spend money and pay 20% for service charge...

We went on a Monday morning after the Valentine’s Day weekend (so President’s day), since we were staying at a nearby hotel.. we’ve been wanting to try this restaurant since we saw a vlogger post about it. So we decided to go breakfast… we walked in and it was not busy at all, at the time there was just one other customer… we’ve got seated right away by the gentleman host but the spot we were seated was dirty. The booth seat was covered in crumbs there was no attempt to clean it off or even try and sit us at another table (in the empty restaurant). There was one waitress just standing where the food gets put out chatting with whom I assume was cook… there was another waitress helping the only other Custer in the restaurant…..neither of them acknowledged we had been seated, a few minutes later there seemed to be a conversation about who was going to help us, it ended up being the waitress who was already helping… the other waitress stayed chatting at the food station… we ordered coffee…. Some time later ordered our food…The waitresses and the host kept chatting congregated in one spot, then moved to the side where the bar is…as they kept on their conversation our food was in the pass under the heat lamps, just sitting there for minutes (since they moved from one side to the next the waitress didn’t see our food sitting there, and the cook didn’t ring a bell or anything nor let them know the food was up) so finally the waitress brought over our food… that was the only good thing that granted us giving a 1 star review. The food was good (nothing super spectacular but delicious none the less).. then the waitress and host started talking again but this time in the bar area (which if you’ve been to the restaurant is next to “kitchen” grill area.. the host begins to braid one of the waitresses hair right there.. this is not only unprofessional but unsanitary.. so needles to say we finished outlet meal got the check and bounced, by which time some older person who looked like a main chef actually walked in saw the girl getting braided made no mention of it and dabbed them up and chatted along… I’m sorry but indigo you’re losing patrons and credibility with the kind of service staff you keep.. it’s sad because it’s a nice restaurant but your staff is the problem… really need to revamp and train your staff, even if there are three people in your restaurant make yourself useful clean something wipe stuff down.. you’re getting paid to be there….we really wanted to like it but I...
