Store #884 2/10/23 @ 8:35pm -- I question the manager's ability to run the store. My ticket says CARMEN is the employer.
It seems like there was only one other employee working on a Friday. A Friday?!! Were there no other employees scheduled or did they decide to call in "sick."
So, I think it's her attitude that keeps her employees from staying. Her only employee was trying to rush as much as possible that he dropped the drink cups and then picked them up and placed them on a counter top. Hope they were thrown away. (Appreciate the effort) but he was also rude when I asked him for ketchup. Rude, but I kind of did want to laugh when he quickly hands me and quickly pulls his arm away with what looked like 15 packets for a combo that comes with a medium order of fries. Thankfully, I caught a few. Obviously, this young guy is not happy at his place of employment---thanks, Carmen!!!
The young employee will learn if he has better management. I blame the manager because she is rude with her employee (her only employee that made it to work today).

Read moreJack in the box was awesome. The artcraft location is always friendly and efficient. Erika thier GM runs a very good restaurant. That was three years ago not sure who is in charge now, but last Sunday night I ordered two jumbo jack with cheese combos. When I got to the restaurant maybe 5 minutes after I ordered. I let them know at the speaker I was there for my order. I quickly received my order the window and drove home maybe 5 minutes. When I got home I gave one to my wife and ate the other. The fries were not only from cold to luke warm, but fries, curly fries, pieces of onion rings. It’s obvious that they just scooped up what ever was in the holding bins and tossed it in the bag. The burgers were actually worse bread was stale and hard meat warm and limp. I did file a complaint online that night and left a voicemail on Tuesday, but haven’t heard anything. I don’t think Erika is there anymore and whoever is in charge doesn’t have there finger on pulse of the restaurant. Read moreI received a squashed, poorly prepared burger with additional jalapeños and bacon — items that incur an extra charge. While I understand it was late and your staff may have been tired, this is both unacceptable and unfair. Having worked in fast food myself, I know the challenges of the job, but I also know the importance of respecting customers and delivering what they paid for.
I do not personally know your staff, and they do not know me; however, I trusted them to prepare a decent meal for which I paid in full. The order was to be handed directly to the DoorDasher, meaning there was no direct interaction — yet it seems that trust was disregarded.
I am not seeking a complimentary meal or any form of compensation. What I am asking for is accountability for your employees’ actions. With a manager present, why was there no discipline or, at the very least, basic respect shown toward the customer?
