La Taqueria Tradicional — Restaurant in El Paso

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was a disaster from the moment we walked in. The service? NON-EXISTENT. We waited nearly 20 minutes just to place our order—and that was after flagging someone down because nobody acknowledged us. Then came the brutal wait for the food, which felt like an eternity. When it finally arrived, it was cold. And I don’t mean lukewarm—I mean fridge-cold like it had been sitting out, forgotten, then slapped on a plate.

I ordered the lengua taco expecting something rich and flavorful, but instead I got a soggy, greasy mess that was literally gushing water when I picked it up. It was like biting into a wet sponge that had been deep-fried and then microwaved. Absolutely disgusting.

The atmosphere? Miserable. The thermostat said 72, but it was a sweaty 78 inside and they clearly didn’t care to fix it. No music, no ambiance, just the sound of unhappy customers whispering about how bad everything was.

Traveled to the restaurants because of the high expectations on social media. First, the environment was not as expected. The server didn't have a welcome attitude to newcomers and did not receive any attention coming for drinks and food. The food was very bland, the meat had no flavors, the chips were overcooked and harder than normal. The entertainment was not friendly of showing influencer eating exotic food and one showing eating pig nipples as a delicacy meal. The hidden fees of paying with card was not mention from server and later described there is a fee after the charge. The place was extremely disappointing and do not recommend...

I have come here a few times since the location on the westside is always on point with EVERYTHING on the menu, BUT this location 🫩 it’s a hit or miss but today the nachos didn’t have cheese first 3 pictures are from when it was placed on the table as you can see tostadas with some drops of cheese after we ate a little look 👀 at the bottom nothing to see, PLEASE tell me how you can mess up with cebollitas asadas 🤦🏻‍♀️ basically crudas.
