Attempted to place an order online but kept having issues. Kinda in a hurry i decided to call and ask if they delivered since on this site it clearly states delivery in not available. The first time i called, a man answered in spanish spoken too quickly, and then i was placed on hold for few minutes and i hung up thinking i had the wrong number. A 2nd call was placed and a girl "leslie" answered. I asked if i could place an order for delivery and she said only through the app. I told her my issue, again she stated only through the app. I asked to speak with her manager and she may not have rolled her eyes while she very dismissively scoffed., placed me on hold then asked if i spoke spanish. I asked her if her manager understood English. She then told me i was to speak with not the manager who was not there, but the next best thing. "Abrahm" gets on the phone and i ask him in english if he understands english. His answer, in spanish was that no, he does not speak english. I ask him again to clarify, do you understand english but cant speak it? Which he says no, no...then i ask sarcastically, so does he not understand nor does he speak it even though hes given an answer but didnt know what he was being asked at all or just on the weekends? All of a sudden, he has no answer, but ok. In spanish i explained my issue, which he answered the same way she did. He didn't seem at all concerned or interested and proceeded to let me know that they are closed for the day, at 9. It was now 9:01. Read moreWe ordered the new "Pepperoni" Crazy Puffs for pickup at 4:30 pm and watching the order status they were ready at 4:17 pm so they sat in the warmer for for almost 15 minutes (poor preorder system) and not only were they lukewarm (not hot) and borderline dry, when we bit into one it was a pocket of air and literally nothing inside so after we cut the rest open they were all just pockets of air, pfffft. Needless to say they were a big let down, they did replace the order, but we had to drive back through 5 pm Friday traffic and they didn't even offer to have them delivered for the inconvenience, not to mention they almost seemed to not believe us. Upon returning to the store to address the issue, I was met with dismissive resistance. Staff insisted the dough wasn't raw, claiming the "stringy" texture was intentional. This explanation is ludicrous. Raw dough is a health hazard, and their refusal to acknowledge the problem was deeply concerning. I strongly advise against patronizing this location until they address their quality control and customer service issues.
