We ordered pizza and my husband picked it up coming back from work. When he got home there was a missing item. We called the store and asked to get our missing item and ask the manager to please remake the item they had given us since it now would be cold by the time we got our whole order at home. We were bringing back the cold product in exchange. The manager said he wouldnāt exchange the item he had given us for a new one because he had already given that item to us and that hence he has given us the missing item (he basically accused us of lying) he was going to make it. I wish he would understand⦠and stand behind his product. Obviously the pizza would be cold by the time we retrieve the missing item. We brought back the cold pizza and the manager got super upset when my husband asked him for his name when he was trying to reason with him and explain why he wanted to get both items remade. He basically voided our order and gave us a refund. BTW! We left the cold item at the store. Now, my family needs to figure out something else for dinner along wasting gas and money. All we were hoping was for the manager to be understanding that they did not give us the whole order and it caused for us to drive back. Anyway, I had Papa Johns rated among the best take out places in town but the managerās inability to deal with the issue has me extremely disappointed. Definitely wished someone else with better people skills was leading the crew...

The customer was a none-English person and the person in the front wasn't even trying to help him. The person left to the back with the other crew members and started to ignore the senior gentleman. So this customer asked my husband for help, explained the situation and proceeded to start calling the crew members from the back, whom they all were ignoring him too. My husband had to raise his voice like, Hey, excuse me! The crew member that was in the front came and my husband started to placed an order for the senior gentleman in English. He was extremely unattended, unbother attitude. I understand if people don't speak English but you do not ignore the customer in hopes of him going away. What's wrong with these people? They were 4 crew members and none of them tried. Disgusting, racist and unkind attitude. Me and my husband felt extremely bad for the gentleman, he was just trying to placed his order.
My husband is a former Papa John's employee and had never, NEVER seen something like this happen. I hope Manager Zachary Pepper do something about it. I'm stating the day and hour for reference of who was working...

His arrogance and nonchalant attitude was unbelievable. From the moment he attended me I made it clear that I wasn't sure what I wanted to order and asked him if he could tell me what promotions they currently had. He refused to inform me stating that, "It all depends on what you are looking for". This went back and forth 3 times. On the 3rd time in told him he was being difficult and I simply wanted to know what promotions they had going on to make a decision on what to order. At that point my temper was flaring from the blatant disrespect and arrogance at which point I simply left the place. Been a papajohns customer for many years up until tonight. If this is the caliber shady character the restaurant considers qualified to be the general manager, I'll have non of it. How you have stooped...
