As always horrible service. They were taking longer to get you through drive-thru and I understand that it’s busy and it’s a fast food restaurant but they had to give this bad service? First there were just two cars before me but I took the one next to them to start to order. Of course they asked if I was going to use the app and I wasn’t. So I waited for them to answer so I could start order. So the ones that were before me they passed so I was like it’s my turn but they never started talking. So I just sat there waiting after 3-5 cars pass before I could start my order. Ok I let that pass why because I understand that they got busy. I had work on restaurants before so I understand the hustle it is about drive thru trust me. So I started my order and I know I said it right and clear for them to hear me. When I went to pay it was fine and when they gave me my food I was surprised that 2 of the burgers I asked for. So I waited probably a minute before they came back to the window so I can let the person at that specific window that I asked for 3 same burgers and I just received one. So they took another 5 minutes because of the mistake they did. I never ever had left any bad reviews in any restaurant fast food restaurant whatsoever why because I understand like I said I have experience in that area of restaurants and mostly on drive thrus I know it can be a lot but come on you guys need to work on your customer service because this hasn’t been the first time that something like that a mistake that this specific location has done something about my order and yes I had been holding cause I know it’s hard but this was something out...
Read moreGiving the lowest possible rate due to lack of customer service, and accuracy at the orders... I have been so disappointed at McDonald's, but only with this location... I stop by on my way home because I promised my nephew and my kids that we would get McDonald's afterwards and watch a movie meanwhile we eat out meals... well none of that happened because I had to go back after getting home because I was missing a meal, got the drink but not the rest of it... so when I explained the situation they didn't even bother to acknowledge their mistake nor apologize they just said oh ok we will get it for you.... so what happened next? they only gave me the burger no fries... at this point I was already pretty upset, m family were waiting for me to get home to eat together and I didn't want to make them wait any longer because believe it or not, they sure took their time to make ONE burger and no... they didn't have any other customers ahead of me... so ugh! completely unsatisfied and disappointed. Went on a different occasion and that was the only thing that wasn't different, I got a completely different order... silly me for thinking it was a human mistake they had that one day, and so I decided to drive further away in order to get what I really want. PLEASEEE if you want your order to be complete and accurate, don't attend this location. Horrible...
Read moreToday: Monday June 2 ,3 pm or so.. I had a confrontation with the ,I guess, the manager of the restaurant. I told her i would not move my car forward when I approached the 2nd window after paying. She wanted me to move spot number 1 because the fries were not ready. I told her that I don't drive through the drive-thru to park my car at spots 1, 2, or whatever. The meals are not ready -well, it's on you not me. She defended my accusation of them being unprepared by not acknowledging the fact that is their fault. It is cause I don't do the cooking. This is the 2nd time I do this atthis particular restaurant. The food is good but the service is very slow. She continously pestered me to move forward. I told her I would not. She wanted to give me the money back. All this pestering and highly annoying way of handling the situation doesn't change my mind about eating there ever again. But again I DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE- THRU TO WAIT AND PARK.
