I recently stopped by Panda Express in El Paso to pick up some food for a party I was attending. Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. The ambiance of the restaurant was pretty typical for a fast food joint, with nothing particularly special or unique about it.

Unprofessional, dirty, untidy, rude, lazy staff of the night shift of January 14 2025 (Tuesday). Came here to pick up my online order at around 11.10pm on Jan 14 2025 (Tuesday). They already locked all doors and put up all stools 20 minutes earlier before closing time. When I knocked, they just ignored. Minutes later, a short girl in black t-shirt who was returning from trash disposal walked outside and told me to go through drive through to pick up my order. So I went to the drive through eventhough there's no option for that pickup (pickup in-store only). When I drove to the drive through window, the tall guy immediately showed me upset/angry faces and didn't say anything or even ask me what I was here for - he simply gestured with a head tilt of "What?".
