Went to Paseo del Norte El Paso earlier in the week. Ordered several things including a Black Pepper Chicken Bowl. Did not get this, not sure what the substitute was except it looked like a spicy beef dish. Called immediately and spoke to a manager Juette. She stated to come in this week to correct the order mishap.
Went today to the same location. Explained the mistake earlier in the week and wanted to get the free order of Black Pepper Chicken. Additionally ordered three other bowls, egg rolls, spring rolls and the rangoons. Also, the apple rolls. After an extremely long wait we received our order and went home to eat.
Once again NO BLACK PEPPER Chicken. Apparently we received Black Pepper Steak which had not been ordered. On a platter we receive a small quantity of Orange Chicken and some chunks of chicken with zero sauce or veggies. And noodles. No idea what type of chicken this was supposed to be. The egg rolls and springs rolls were burnt as you can see in the photos.
Disappointed the first time with the mistake this week. Today we are irritated and upset. To spend over $50 for lunch today with a large portion being inedible is ridiculous. Poor management or whatever caused the continuing problems will result in losing many customers, not just us.
Additionally we spent $ on our first visit there this week. We aren’t sure about any changes that have been made to the food, but the beef has a strange texture now that it didn’t...
Read moreThis Panda Express location has been consistently disappointing, especially through the drive-thru. Over the past year, we’ve encountered rude and dismissive behavior from multiple employees—not just one, but almost every server we’ve interacted with. It’s honestly shocking how consistently poor the customer service is.
What makes it worse is the way employees treat customers — they roll their eyes, act visibly annoyed, and just stare at you like you’re dumb. It’s highly disrespectful and completely unprofessional. We’ve given them multiple chances, hoping for improvement, but the behavior never changes.
We’ve also submitted several complaints through Panda Express’s official channels, but nothing has been done.
While the food is decent, the chow mein is mostly cabbage with barely any noodles, and if you show up after 8 PM, they’re usually out of several items and refuse to cook anything fresh, even though they’re open until 10:30 PM.
Overall, it’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Until they address their staff and take customer service seriously, I would not recommend this...
Read moreI want to highlight a young lady who helped me out replacing an order when I was standing at the food counter for over 5 minutes while everyone else was understandably frustrated, but Ms. Sheccid, if I’m spelling her name correctly, came to my rescue. Despite my irritation, I made sure to express that my frustration was directed at the situation, not at her. She remained professional and kept a smile on her face while quickly resolving the issue. Thank you, Ms. Sheccid, for your excellent service.
While I may not have experience in the food industry, I served 20 years in the military, and one lesson that stands out is the importance of communication. It's essential to keep people informed, even if it means waiting longer than expected. All I ask for is acknowledgment; it's a simple courtesy. It's disappointing to see 10-12 staff members behind the counter while no one is tending to customers. Service should...
