Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in El Paso

So we went to Sonic on Sunday afternoon and there wasn't really a line or a lot of customers at the car hop. We ordered a slushy, a blast and a sundae. It took almost 10 minutes to get these 3 simple items. Keep in mind we didn't do drive thru, we did the park and wait but I feel that this was way too long of a wait. What made it worst is the quality of the "treats" we purchased. They looked very half ass made and not to the top of the cups as you would expect for the price. These aren't exactly cheap you know, It's not a .99 cent sundae. I hate to sound old but I blame both today's youth and the corporations. Todays youth for not having any work ethic and pride in their work and corporations for hiring these kids and not supervising or training them properly just to save a buck. Worst Sonic location in El Paso. The employees often forget something and are extremely rude, the lack of customer service at this location is outrageous, it’s as if they hire bitter unhappy people only for this location who do not care at all about their job or people for that matter, sometimes they do not even say thank you and have a look on their face. On one of my orders one day the fries were extremely disgusting, as soon as I took them out of the bag I could tell by their color and appearance and the taste was much worse it even left an after taste. That was the final straw for me I no longer order from this location and I strongly advise you to not waste your time or money here, INSTEAD go a little further down to the Sonic in front of Chick Fil A and you will receive much better...

I’m giving this place a one-star rating because my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a cheesecake shake with my boyfriend, but they added way too much cheesecake syrup to both milkshakes that completely ruined the flavor which made it overwhelmingly sour and very tangy that it DID NOT TASTE LIKE A MILKSHAKE AT ALL! I called to explain the issue, and they told me to come back so they could fix it. When I arrived, I thankfully asked if the replacement shakes were already made, and they admitted they were, so I asked if they are melted and they were IN FACT MELTED. This is unacceptable.
